Staff was great! We really enjoyed our stay.”
I noticed a few maintenance issues with our room. Cracked shower tiles, shower door would not stay closed, panel in the bathroom was unscrewed and starting to fall off. All did not effect our stay but should be looked at.
Parking is terrible. The customer service at the front desk were rude. ”
Parking is terrible. The customer service at the front desk were rude in the morning on Saturday. I called 3 times in the am on the day of check-in asking for early check in and was told someone would call me when the room was ready, never got the call! This is the rudest, don't tell me you are going to call me & you don't.
A Cheaper Hotel Would've Been a Better Deal”
Pros: - Nice rooms with mini fridge, sink, and microwave. - Good breakfast. I love the big omelettes made to order. Cons: - Parking adds an additional $25 charge per night. This gets overlooked in the fine print somewhere. The parking garage is not connected to the building and almost all the available spots are "compact" only. Very squeezed and can be a long walk back to the hotel. - Beds are bad. I think they are spring mattresses. - Have to sign up for the Hilton rewards program just to get wifi. It's still free, but I really dislike this feature.
Breastfast staffs were not enthusiatic in serving.”

밤12시넘어서 체크아웃한다고 미리전화해놨는데 갔더니 방이 없다고 함 다른손님한테 팔았다고 함 미리 전화했다고 해도 소용없었음..결국 모텔수준호텔로 옮겨줬지만 원래 조식포함결제했었는데 옮긴호텔은 조식얘기는 전에 호텔에서 없었다고 해서 조식 이용도 못함..다시는 이용하고 싶지 않음

어바인에서 비즈니스 출장으로 묵기에 매우 만족스러운 곳입니다. 다만 아침식사에 너무 많은 투숙객으로 인해 오믈렛 먹기가 힘든 점은 아쉽지만 방이 매우 넓고 시설이 가격대비 훌륭합니다.
