Pretty good location , friendly owner and staff”

Located in central Pattaya and far from the noise and din of South Pattaya ( like the walking street). But it hardly takes 10 min to reach the location using the blue wagons which goes all around the city and you need to pay merely 10 bhat/person. Breakfast was ok. The Staff was very friendly and did not mind cooking some food for our 1.5 years old daughter.Overall it was a pleasant stay and would like to come back to this hotel.

Good value for golfers!”

When you visit Pattaya for golf, it is a real pain to travel downtown - Pattaya traffic jam is the worst! At Seri Place Hotel we had super easy access to and from the hotel when we were playing golf, and Songthaew service (10 baht taxis) outside the door for going to Beach Road and Walking Street. Perfect! Will stay here next time too. We saved 5-6 hous of traffic jam in just 5 days :-)

Great Hotel”

The Seri Place Hotel is Excelent I Like Nice Things, I Like Reasonable Prices, The Seri Place Fits the Bill, Just off main road to Beach But Quiet at Night, You can get Taxi Buss to Beach or Nightlife for 10 Bart, Big Shopping Mall over road Great for a Cheap evening Meal 2 can eat for less than 200 bart. I would I Will go back to Seri Place I Will reccomend to my friends when they visit Pattaya I Booked in For 6 Nigts but stayed extra 4 Nights, Speaks for Itself !!!!!

A nice quiet place away from the action.”

I landed there 6 hours past my check-in time hoping my room wasn't let out. I was lucky - I got my room and also a free upgrade from the standard to a superior. :) The hotel and the rooms were relatively new, very clean and spacious. It is a great place if you are with family. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are "single", and your main interest is the night life, then you will find this hotel a long walk to the walking street. :) Not that big a deal considering you can get around anywhere easily using the baht buses or on a scooter. But you might find hotels towards south Pattaya more convenient. Anyway, I had a great time staying here. My hotel room was a nice place to come back to in the morning after partying hard till dawn.

Worth the money”

I enjoyed my stay in Seri Place hotel. Big car park. Big C Extra very close, certainly at walking distance. Tuc tucs in front of the hotel, so easy to travel anywhere. Breakfast was included. I wasn't expecting anything of the breakfast because of the low price. But it was okay. Nice staf and manager. There was a small car repair shop outside in the street; which I needed for a small repair. So this was very convenient. Only thing: booking by Agoda means Booking.com is handling it. They probably mentioned it while I was booking but I didn't notice it. Arriving at the hotel: they told me that this meant that my visa card was not charged yet and that I had to pay. I thought: "No problem, I'll pay by card at that moment".. That was possible but I had to pay extra. Although during booking and on my voucher Agoda mentioned that all taxes and service fees were included. I wrote a mail about it to agoda to be sure that my visa card was not charged and to inform about the extra costs. (By the way, I paid cash because of it, a little annoying.) Agoda answered me that fees and taxes were not included and that my card wasn't charged. Okay, half good. I checked my voucher again and I read that the fees were included. I replied that to Agoda, but they didn't answer anymore. First time in many years that I had not a good feeling about Agoda. So if you book this, don't believe what Agoda tells you about fees. You have to pay in the hotel. And when you pay by credit card, you have to pay extra again. I don't blame this to the hotel, the hotel was good. Oh yes, the only bad thing for me in the hotel was the tv: no western channels and lots of disturbance.

New hotel for experienced traveller”

Seri Place Hotel is a new hotel with all its attendant features. The room was well appointed, even had swivel chairs which was useful and a balcony. Due to its location which is away from the main tourist site in Pattaya, it is most suitable for group or charter traveller with own transport (bus). However, the reasonable price will attract the seasoned traveller who can avail of the local transportation. Carrefour hypermarket also nearby so can get everything required for extended stay.

A Pleasant stay”

This hotel was perfect for people who want to have a good, quiet night's sleep in pattaya. The staff were friendly and humorous. However, the beach and nightlife is still within walking distance (20 minutes) via centre pattaya road. The hotel is kind of hidden away, but there are signs pointing the way. Very accesible to all amenities and shopping complexes.

Nice hotel”

This hotel is very nice with good sized rooms which are kept very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help. There is good safe parking at the hotel and it's just across the road from big c where you will find plenty of shopping and cheap food. Breakfast is not as good as it was last time we stayed here and doesn't have the same variety of bread or food. The swimming pool is on the roof and although small is quite good. The hotel is located in central pattaya and is handy to most places.

3 weeks of happiness”

I stayed at the Seri Place for 20 days and was very happy.I had a spacious room with balcony which was cleaned everyday by smiling cleaning lady. I had use of rooftop swimming pool almost to myself.The manager and reception staff were always friendly so I felt comfortable and relaxed.The buffet breakfast was o k and location is slightly out from Pattaya center so I walked a lot. But all in all I loved it and would deffinately go back so thank you to Seri Place and thank you Agoda. Robert from England.

Seri Place - 2nd stay, 2nd positive experience”

After staying at the Seri Place Hotel last year before Christmas, I chose this hotel again for a short stay in Pattaya before heading back home and didn't regret my choice once more. The Seri Place is a fairly new hotel located in a less busy Soi off the main road near the Carrefour. Access to Songthaew's (10 Baht pick-up taxi) can be reached after a short 5-minute walk. The value for the money is excellent, the size of the rooms is very generous and everything works well. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will surely stay at the Seri Place again.

Very quiet,clean,huge space with balcony and many closets.Priced at very competative.Good breakfast,complimentary water and a small roof top swimming pool.But it's bit away from the beach and the pattaya walking street.

The Seri Hotel in Central Pattaya; boutique hotel that's modern style just opened for 1 year ago so the room rate's not expensive also & the staff so nice & friendly,The food,the room comfort & cleanliness's ok.but it's not good view and too far from shopping area.Should to have wireless in the room for free service.

Nice and Cheap accomodation !!”

I have been in Pattaya for many times, this was my first time to stay at Seri Place , since this was quite a new hotel. I liked the large and clean room but cable channels are lousy , they dont even have CNN,BBC etc....Their staff are very friendly and helpfull. And its location is a little bit out of the way to the major entertainment areas like walking street,central festival mall etc... but is very near carrefour , which is convenient for shopping and dinning.

Quality hotel for the price”

The rooms are clean and good sized, breakfast is great, staff is very friendly, 2 mins to the supermarket/shoping mall and 7 elevan kind of stores, only thing is its a bit far from beach road (main attraction of pattaya) but you can hire a tuk tuk which takes 5-7 mins to beach road and cost only Aus 30 cents. All in all value for money you pay.

Clean a spacious. Quiet location”

A little bit of path. It is on the off road from the main central pattaya road. But still very close to carefour. A little difficult to find the jeepney that would take you to specific places. The only one avialable are the jeepney that would go to the walking street and the beach area. Rooms are large and clean. Small swimming pool that is a little to hot to use during the day. Breakfast is a buffet but with minimum option, OK but not nice.

this is a top hotel with good sized clean rooms, excellent bathrooms and very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent with all you would expect and more from a top hotel without paying the price.The price was cheap and i will always stay here when in Pattaya.A real top notch hotel
