saat check in jam 12, ternyata tidak/blm bisa terima kartu kredit dan debit harus cash. lift yg hanya 1 buah tidak berkerja ktnya dalam perbaikan ,harus pakai tangga ke lt 3. setlah masuk kamar dan keluar makan dan ke beberapa tempat, ambil uang dan kembali jam 6 sore , saat bayar staff hotel bilang salah memberikan kamar, mestinya superior tapi saya diberikan standart. ini baik karena jujur. saya minta di down grade saja karena sudah terlanjur masuk,ktnya tidak bisa karena lewat agoda, pdhal sy baru bayar cash dan kami ambil 2 kamar type sama. ditawarkan pindah ke kamar superior yg isinya sama hanya sedikit lebih besar tapi tidak ada jendela. aneh sekali. lebih mahal tapi tidak ada jendela. staff hotel berkeraa tidak bisa downgrade kecuali upgrade. makan sangat biasa cenderung kurang. semoga bisa diperbaiki.
