Quick and easy check in process, the chalet was clean and cleaned everyday, sheets and towels changed everyday, enjoyed the aquadome, the game drive, Philip who was driving us on the game drive was very attentive and engaging at all times. We had a great 5 night stay.

It was by Fiance 60th birthday , we came to celebrate there , its was really awesome , the staff was amazing we just had an issue when we arrived i booked online and chose the option 1 chalet sleeping 6 people we however got 1 chalet each , and the other chalets were all booked over all we had an amazing time thank you

Decent chalets ”
A comfy unit, at a decent price. Has everything you need to cater for yourself: fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery. About a 10 minute drive from the casino. The bathroom wasn't that grand. Toilet is small, and the bathroom only has a bath with handheld shower. There's no shower curtain or glass. The nozzle from my handheld shower was broken, thus I the bathroom got flooded.

The staff only prioritise white guest when it comes to music played at the pool bar area the bar man even told us that the music played depends if there are white people or not, when we asked him to play something different not rave. The best waitress. from the restaurant was Gloria she's very friendly. The reception staff where very helpful including the porter. Thato from the game drive has so much information when it comes to animals. The shuttle driver was very friendly. Please improve on staff training and friendliness especially with restaurant staff and with cleaning and clearing of tables. Thank you
