Room was small but location was great”
It was an old condominium converted to hot spring homestay. It was a bit cramp for 5pax. Even though there was daily cleaning but the room was not that clean actually. There were smell in the wardrobes. Bathroom was huge with huge hot spring bath area. But the normal bathing area was not that ideal as water will flow all over the place in the bathroom. However, owner was polite and attentive to my request.

Found the equipment is very old and not clean. The bed is not fit the bed frame and my family had a bad night. The bed is not comfortable and the room is very dirty.

The location is good but it’s too expensive and the facilities are too old, there are some cockroaches in the room which means it’s not clean and the space of the room is too small. A lot of differences compared to the pictures online. Many noises in that building so can not rest and relax for an holiday. Will not recommend.

Very old building. Apartment is old and not well maintained. Booked this for the in-house bathroom hotspring bath. But it looked dirty so we did not even use it. Only upside was its location. But would not recommend to anyone.

The rooms smell really bad, the bathroom is dirty, the fridge hasn't been used for years and smell disgusting, the corridors outside the rooms are dark with almost no lighting, and we even saw super big cockroach running.......... For the price we paid, it is not worth it....... !!!

room are very very spacious, can soak in hot spring tub with perfect night view. Breakfast in next door, which serve limited food, but good enough. Will come back again.

There are many other places that are far better than this. It's not a hotel. This lady has rooms in an apartment building that she rents out. Extremely over-priced. Moldy smell. Old towels. We sprayed the bathroom with alcohol. Teddies with panties on. Vouchers for a horrible breakfast at a place around the corner. We got breakfast somewhere else. Ruined our experience in Jiaoxi, Yilan. This place will never see me again. Don't waste your money. 還有很多其他的地方比這更好。這不是一個酒店。這位女士在她出租的公寓樓裡有房間。非常昂貴的價格。發霉的氣味。舊的毛巾。我們用酒精噴了衛生間。內褲上的泰迪熊。在拐角處的一個可怕的早餐券。我們在其他地方吃了早餐。破壞了我們在宜蘭礁溪的經歷。這個地方再也見不到我了。不要浪費你的錢。

More of a rented apartment but the folks were super friendly and we has a lot of fun with breakfaat at Mos Burger. It's just one street behind where all the action is. Get to the ground floor and call the available number. They show up at the lobby very fast.

Not bad for the in house hot spring. Cleanliness can be better. A bit dusty. It also comes with breakfast. Location is also nice and there are quite a lot of shops and restaurant nearby it. Overall consider ok.

家庭房的下床鋪方位太差，不敢睡，大人睡沙發床，小孩睡上面的床，第一次遇到有人把床頭放在門口邊，倒睡像往生者，正睡像隨時都會被外人拉走
