Overall a good experience staying at the top of the hill overlooking majestic mountains and cloudy landscapes. But be prepared to walk up the slope if you are not driving

A good place to relax”
For the price I paid, it is a good deal. I have stayed for 4 days to relax. The only problem is that the hotel is on top of the hill. My suggestion is that when you arrived, just have a meal at the restaurant and ask the restaurant owner to call the hotel to pick you up. If you want to visit other place like the swiss garden, you can ask the hotel counter to make arrangement for transport but you need to pay for it.

The best part about the room was the amazing view. The atmosphere at the hotel was peaceful and very relaxing. The host and hostess were kind and spoke some English. The room was cozy and comfortable. I liked that the bed area was on a platform with a small table andmats to sit on. It made me feel like it was truly experiencing something Asian, rather than a modern and westernised hotel.

Minsu was big and staff upgraded us to 2 bigger rooms with bathtub, old furnishing in the room. nice scenery in the morning and have a peaceful and relaxing stay just a night. A Breathtaking place. Very cooling during the night. Breakfast is simple and the staff is polite and assist to push our luggage to the room. Location wise is a distance away from Cingjing Farm. You can take a look at the km distance.

A comfortable stay”
I am satisfied with my stay there. The location and ambiance is exceptional. The rooms are comfortable, the staffs are very friendly. Only minus point I found was that on the second day of my stay I got a dirty blanket with moderate mildew on it and that made me uncomfortable while sleeping as I only discovered it just before going to bed and had no option to change it. I wish next time they check the blankets properly before giving it to any customer.

Not much value for money ...”
It's a steep climb from the road to the hotel. Room was somewhat dusty. No 7-11 or Family Mart nearby. The nearest one was I think ~4km away (I suppose that applies to most hotels in Cingjing, though ...) The wi-fi signal was weak - almost non-existent - in the room, had to spend a lot of time with the hotel staff to get it fixed (the hotel staff were very cooperative though ... have to give credit where credit is due).

Mountain view and very cooling.”
The staff is especially helpful when needing assistant. The hotel is located on top of a hill with great view of the surrounding mountain and also the lake. The only setback is the room is a little cramp and the toilet is a bit rundown. Given the room we are getting, I find the price is a little on the high side. Nevertheless the surrounding is very natural.

Pleasant stay”
It was a pleasant stay, but hard to locate initially. Perhaps the Chinese name should be on the site, since the locals may not be familiar with the English name. Also, bus directions will be helpful for backpackers. We had an impromptu tea-appreciation session which was very enlightening, and made us feel more relaxed before we got to our room.

Remote hotel, nice view but poor service ”
We booked this hotel through Agoda and called to ask for the pick-up service from another hotel in Cingjing. They cannot provide one despite their remote location. When we walked up the slope and checked- in, we didn't get us a warm welcome but black faces. Room is simple, small and not very comfortable. TV and all electric appliances were jammed at one corner of the room and not very functional. There was a rainstorm during our stay, water was leaking from the door and we almost got a frog going inside the room through the huge gap between the door and the ground. Unpleasant stay.

Location is not near the farm”
The staff is polite and helpful. The room is spacious and the view is very nice. However the location is a bit far from the farm, and the road to main entrance is very steep ....

this hostel is not really nice, especially compared with other newer ones or other hotels in cingjing. The facilities are quite old, especially the toilet. The location is also unfavourable as it's quite far away from the tourist spots. Also, the breakfast is disappointing. It's not a wise choice.
