Emmet House is a small boutique B&B located in Emmet Square, Birr, County Offaly. It offers rooms with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and home-cooked food. Birr Leisure Centre is a 5-minute walk away. The rooms at Emmet House feature seating areas and work desks. They also include hairdryers, ironing facilities and tea/coffee-makers. Some rooms have a 4-poster bed. Traditional Irish breakfasts are served in the dining room, which has polished wooden floors, a chandelier and views out across the square. Emmet Restaurant is situated opposite the guest house. A little gem”

This property is full of character which is added to by the very friendly owner. The room was inviting and had everything you need. Breakfast was great and there's even a fridge and some cutlery etc on the landing if you need it. I would definitely stay here again.
