Definitely worth the money”
Book a deluxe room for 3 persons. We checked in late and were told the only room left was smoking room although i mentioned in my booking that i wanted a non smoking room. However, the receptionist was kind enough to upgrade the room for us to a non smoking room. Highly appreciated! Luggage storage, free hotel shuttle bus to and fro border gate and outer harbour is available. Would definitely come again for my next trip here. P.S.: the young man in charge of luggage storage during night shift is cute, nice and friendly ! He recommended us some tips on how to get around and even help us to get those heavy luggages on the shuttle bus.

Nice costumer service”
During the pandemic period, when we had the chance to stay in this hotel and wanted a quite room on the highest floor if its possbile. The front desk staff was nice and upgraded our room and even offered us a room on the highest floor. Thanks a lot for their attention and concern.

Convenient location and friendly staff”
Staff are friendly and helpful. They offered us a free upgrade to suite room which is very large and comfortable. Location is very convenient. The shuttle buses of Statworld hotel or Wynn macau were just at the opposite of the hotel which was very convenient to take them to and from ferry terminal and Taipa free of charge. Just one thing, our room was located right next to the elevator which was a bit noisy. Recommend to request for a room away from the elevator.

Nice and Affordable Hotel”
Rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom is also big and the location is very big. We were able to check in easily and the staff were helpful. Though there is a free shuttle bus, it only runs at a specific time. So it's better to ride other free bus rides from different hotels. It's near Wynn hotel so you can ride the bus from Wynn hotel and just walk to Emperor hotel.

We were group of 3 and the room was spacious enough. The hotel is easy to locate. Though we requested for a non smoking room, we still smelled the smoke upon entering the room, but tolerable anyway. Big bathroom with bathtub is a plus. Water is complimentary but you have to pay for the cookies. We had to pay 18 MOP for the cookies because we thought its complimentary as its not in the pricelist. Also, the deposit is 500 dollar and they will return it when checking out.

I was upgraded to an executive room at the top level. Room is clean and nicely renovated. This is the 2nd time I'm staying at this hotel. The first time was 3 or 4 years ago, good experience. Helpful and professional polite staff.

Everything is good in here.. u should definitely feel great staying here since the rate in macau is higher compare to other countris. so hard to find midrange hotels here. Staff were kind and the room is very clean.

Superb value with good access to all Macau sights. The hotel updated its decor so it felt like staying in a brand new hotel. Room was spacious and cozy. Internet speed was promising too. 1F dim sum restaurant is a must try!

I recommend this hotel for its location and value for money. Maybe a bit old, but still okay. Room is spacious. We booked 2 deluxe rooms, one room with 3 adults and 1 room with 2 adults and 2 children. The room and beds are spacious enough, we need not to get an extra bed. Walking distance to senado sqaure, fishermans wharf, ruins and major casinos like starworld, wynn, mgm etc. They also have free shuttle to macau outer ferry but not at airport. Taxi from airport to hotel is only 80MOP (with luggage already). Just bring extra 500MOP as hotel deposit per room. This hotel deposit was not mentioned elsewhere so thought other travelers should know.

The internet connection speed sucks”
I’m very surprised that the hotel used the free WiFi Go of CTM instead of providing its own service. The connection speed is pathetically slow. I use my hotspot to connect which is at least 20X faster.

The location is good. Strategically located near ruins of Paul with free shuttle service to Ferry terminal. However, the food is blunt. No rice. Also. And the food is just the exactly the same every morning.
