We booked this apartment after arriving we called to say how do we get in we sat outside for an hour after 3 phone calls who all said they would pass our details on to the office to open the door I then received a txt an hour later with a code for a key box on the outside we had already left after having 3 young children all crying in the car waiting for a call back we asked for a refund which they refused

Do Not Stay here!! The pictures are misleading. ”
From the moment we received the email for the access code to the key box it was a disgrace. On arrival at the apartments the outside of the building was run down. And broken areas of concrete around the window facades. The email stated we would be located in the basement. I immediately called the contact number to inform them that this is unacceptable. The kind lady stated it would be escalated nothing happened. We the building the hallway was dirty and stained carpets. We entered the courtyard at the rear and went down some steps into the basement. The apartment had a musty smell. The walls were dirty and there was mould on the wall of the second bedroom. The mattresses were cheap. The springs were easy to feel on light touch of the mattress with no support and minimal covering. No mattress protector on the bed. The pillows were 1-2 cm thick and not even proper pillows. Again no pillow protectors. The floors were wooden planks that were lifting along the edges. We were woken up each morning at 6am due the thumping and running or people across the floor in the rooms above us. No sound proofing between floors. When we went out in the morning. People in the rooms above had left their bags of rubbish blocking the hallway exit from inside the doorway. There is an iron provided but no ironing board. This has been a terrible experience all round. I contacted the apartment support line on Monday and again was told it would be escalated. I did not hear anything from anyone. I called again on Thursday and still haven’t heard anything. Please think again before booking this accommodation.

Overall the flat where we stayed was excellent ( flat 3) .everything worked properly, we was really surprised as from outside really doesn't look how the flat really is ,very modern and spacious, easy to find parking always found just outside road .... near to the amusements,very close to the beach.I would recommend this flat principally for the great price the charge...The only thing I would advive is to do some work at the entrance ...like the carpet and to get acess to flat 3 the stairs and entrance to the flat(flat 3 is down floor),probably change the sofa ,and keep more blanket, sheets, towels,kitchen needs some more utensils, but this is my recommendation. As I said overall is EXCELENT! We spend a great time hope to come back.

If it’s location and nice walls you are looking for, go ahead and book. But it’s not what you see in the pictures, I don’t know when the jacuzzi last worked, beds are so uncomfortable, very hard beds with very old beddings, the double decker bed is so squeaky, mattress old with dirty marks and so hard . The sofa bed very uncomfortable as well, the plastic dining chairs are so hard in that they mark you .. For the whole 5 nights we spent at apartment 5 Dickson Road , we did not have anywhere comfortable to relax.. To add on , we could hear noise even after 11pm . We tried calling the number that was provided but it was a waste of time as no one was bothered, it’s is so sad 😕, We managed to talk to a gentleman on the other end of the phone, he promised to send someone but we have left without seeing one .

Pest/ rats ”
Bad to worse experience due to rats and oest under the wood floor. Could not sleep at all due to rats running around and noise. Management did not bother to help even. Really bad. Local Council authority should take action. Never recommend this empire group.

Unclean my toddlers clean white socks black with in 10 mens of walking around on floor. Carpet frayed skirting board dusty....debris/ food crumbs under bed when moved, no black out curtains. Bed too hard, fridge smelt and needed wiping out before hand.not like pictures suggested I have a young child glad I bought a blow up toddler bed as no extra bed supplied. Pillows inside ove covers dirty..called to complain to be told someone will ring me back after 9am
