“A nice hotel in Chiang Mai ”
Overall, I gave 4 out of 5 for this hotel. My review will be divided in to 5 parts - the room, the breakfast, the location, the staff and the complimentary gift. First off, the room is spacious and beautifully decorated in Lanna Style. The cleanliness is superb. As for the bathroom, my room have both the bathtub and the shower. The plumbing in my room is properly working. The facilities in the bathroom is adequate. The are a lot of useful toiletries provided such as vanity, sewing kits, nail file and razor. However, in my opinion, the toiletries could have been better. I used the provided shampoo and it made my hair a little frizzy. Secondly, the breakfast is tasty but should have been more diverse. The hotel provide the American Style breakfast, Thai Food, salad and pastries. Since , I prefer Thai Food, the hotel provided only 3 dishes of Thai Food. The food quality is moderate for me. The cheese is nice though. Thirdly, the location, the hotel is located near the night bazaar and 3 km away from the Tha Pae Gate. The convenience store (7-11) is about 500 m from the hotel. The location is quiet leading to a peaceful sleep. Fourthly, the staff is helpful and have a great service mind. Finally, a generous complimentary gift will be provided upon the check-in. I was given, for example, Orange Juice, 1.5 litre Evian mineral water, 2 cups of instant noodles, a bag of Kitkat. Moreover, when you enter the room, there will be a dish of fruit provided as a gift. However, you have to peel them yourself. In conclusion, the benefits of this hotel are spacious room, cleanliness, helpful staff and the complimentary gif. However, the quality of the toiletries, especially, the shampoo and the shower cream should be improved. Also, the food should be more diverse. Thank you.
