Value for money and great location”
great location and very close to shops and grocery store :) There's a parking space for guests which is very handy esp that it's located in the CBD area. Definitely recommend this place to all types of guests. :)
Marjores pleased you enjoyed.
Very good location close to everything and we enjoyed our stay with 315 Euro&serviced apartments. Thank you!
Nice apartment close to shops and restaurants”
The location is on George Street with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. They managed 2 different building (one is for motel and one is for apartment). We stayed in the apartment. No elevator in the apartment building. Free parking spot is provided.
Very good experience”
The reception people is very friendly and helpful, she helped us a lot to resolve the problem about rental car. It locates at the city center, you can walk to the first church and Dunedin rail station easily. Room is clean and big with great kithen. Very recommend.
Modern, bright, and clean room which is at walking distance from the Octagon”
Very nice stylish room, with kitchen facilities and washing machine. Convenient location which can walk to the Octagon in 10 minutes. Many restaurants around. A bit noisy at night as it is closed to the street but is acceptable.
Wan thank you and pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Yes being central CBD occasionally you may get a little street noise.
Can't judge a book by its cover.”
Was a bit worried by the look of the place from the outside but as soon as we met the owner at check-in our fears were allayed. When we got to our room we were amazed by the style, size and cleaniness that belied the outside appearence of the property. It's proximity to local shops, dining and places of interest was unsurpassed. If we return to Dunedin we will be staying here again.
Not the same”
We have stayed here when the previous owners were here and we had a great stay which prompted us to pick this place again for our trip to dunedin. Everything has changed since the business changed ownership. Service was very casual and not acoomodating. Room itself was fine.
Hi Amy sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us this time, we do have new owners but our staff are still our wonderful people who have been with us for a long time.
Well located, in the city centre. Everything within easy walking distance - restaurants, shops, university, the supermarket. The room was spacious, and kept very clean. I appreciated the basic cooking amenities provided, and loved the heated bathroom floor.
The loc of the accommodation was central to all the shops. It was an easy walk to nice restaurants. The amenities provided were sufficient for our needs.
Thanks Nina pleased you enjoyed.
Great location. Clean and tidy. Cannot fault.
Thanks Emma pleased you enjoyed.
Good size room ”
Huey thank you
In the CBD! ”
315 Euro is central to everything - Shopping, restaurants, the hospital and Otago University. Great parking and good service. I always stay here when I’m in Dunedin!
Antoinette thanks we enjoy having you stay with us.
Accommodating - giving a whole new meaning to what Accomodation means!”
One muddle-headed member of our group came to an awkward realisation that we didn't book our accommodation only on the day we arrived in Dunedin. Our worries were quickly laid to rest when the most accommodating host assisted us by placing us in a bigger room for the night and arranged another beautiful accommodation option just down the street. What's more, after providing us with the bigger room for the night, they let us stay on in the room for the remaining days without any extra charge, even though we booked a smaller and cheaper room previously! How awesome is that? :) The hotel facilities were great. It had a chillout lounge to die for, spacious rooms, the most comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchenette and right at the heart of the city. Everything is simply a stone's throw from the motel - great Irish and Mexican bars, a wide variety of international dining options, shopping malls after shopping malls. If I'm ever back in Dunedin, you can be assured I'll be staying here.
Pleased you were looked after, may see you again.
Good location but very noisy ”
Location is good but room is small for 4 adults and very noisy in the mid night cos this hotel is close to the Bars! Also, the elavator is only up to 1st floor. After that, you need to walk the stairs to get to your apartment. If u travel with many luggageS, then it may be a concern to u!
Fung the suite you booked does advise you that you have stairs from the outdoor terrace, also we are in the CBD and a Student City so a little noise is unavoidable at times. We dont have the bars in our area but city noise. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your holiday.
Everything is just perfect as you may need, room is big & fully equipped with kitchenettes, toiletries are provided too. Location is awesome, within walking distance you can easily reach to eateries, supermarkets & attractions. One thing to note is their entrance is not that obvious which we missed twice, car park is free of charge which is good.
Jing pleased you enjoyed your stay.
Brilliant location and super space”
Can't get a better location in Dunedin. Tucked down a side street, part in an old building and at the back a newer part. Rooms (premier) in older building were enormous, I imagine the newer part might be more standard size. City noise can be a problem when you need windows open, but some rooms better than others for this. Extremely well equipped, clean and modern. An inner terrace to enjoy as well. Not a hotel, but better than most motels. I have stayed in. Room 108 had quieter bedroom than ours (107) . Would definitely stay there again.
Caroline pleased you enjoyed 315 Euro
Great location - neat tidy and all we needed - no food offer which was fine as we were located in good spot and prefer to eat out of hotels - bonus was car parking in adjacent carpark as we travelled each day - good shuttle to airport organised for us on last morning.
Wendy thank you for your feed back.
Bang on location right in the middle of town, pretty decent rooms, nothing to complain about. Shower was good, bathroom is a bit small but adequate. Decent value for money, staff were good too. Nothing amazing but not too shabby at all.
Nice place, great location...”
... bad driveway access. The narrow driveway, off a busy main street can pose access problems and a few of the parking spaces provided can be tricky to negotiate. There's also a bit of vehicle & foot traffic noise to contend with. Otherwise, accommodation is clean, tidy and nicely appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had the "Baldwin Suite" and we weren't sure if the overall lean of the apartment was in keeping with the famous Baldwin Street theme (or not)... but it made for interesting conversation. We would stay again.
Jeffery yes Baldwin Suite is named appropriately, always comes up for discussion. See you next time.
Central location with good eating places within walking distance.”
If you are unable to climb stairs this is not for you. Getting into the car park is a problem as you might meet an oncoming car. Placed centrally, all the shops are within walking distance. Wifi is limited, unable to get any wifi in the bedroom. You have to pay if you wanted more.
Harper sadly you had booked into a Studio Apartment which does advise is accessible by stairs only. We do have a lift in the main building so if by chance you were returning contact us to ensure you book the main complex. Wifi we give freely but if the usage is high there is a small charge for extra. You should have been able to get your Wifi in the bedroom, sorry I am not sure what happened there.
