Wow!”

Our first time at Aria Style Southbank and we were extremely impressed. The view from our apartment across the Crown Complex towards Southern Cross Station to the left, and the CBD to the right was amazing - specially at night. We only had one night but would definitely book here again. Staff were fantastic and so friendly. Our apartment was well laid out and it was around 15-20 mins walk to Hamer Hall. Highly recommend.

Our apartment was in the Bank building next door to the Aria Style. I was at a Convention in Melbourne and the location of the apartment was ideal for the Convention Centre and all the things we wanted to do in Melbourne. The apartment was very comfortable and the view from the balcony over the city and the river was brilliant. Would recommend them and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing view!”

We loved our apartment we stayed in. I was really nervous as I had read some bad reviews but I think those people are a bit fussy. Apartment was clean just things like the inside of the cupboards could do with a wipe out soon. View was fantastic, furniture was stylish and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and the pool. Walking distance to Southbank. We were really happy there. Only issue we had was the dishwasher didn’t work very well.

great location -easy walk to city”

I enjoyed my stay at Aria.. The location was fantastic... You could walk to the city - the tram was only a few steps away... the closest nest of restaurants were at the casino which was 2 blocks away. The reception is in the building next door... this wasn't an issue - but I think that should be explained when you book. Will definitely stay there again.

Good Apartments in the CBD...very clean and staff very friendly...car park is really tight so don’t go with a big car Only thing I would suggest is new mattresses is Rm 3605 as they were very uncomfortable unfortunately but otherwise can’t fault

Not quite worth the 4 star rating ”

Good location, good that it had 24 check in, room was okay beds were awful, 2 single beds pushed together to make a queen one bed sunk in the other hard. Wasn't completely clean gross marks on the walls, shower had mould in it. When asked reception for more toilet paper (one roll between 4 for 3 nights) they said someone would bring it up never happened. Not worth 4 stars maybe the Aria Style but not the bank next door (aria books for both buildings) where we stayed maybe a generous 3 stars. Stand out was location, room was extremely average.

Convenient location”

This accommodation is a short walk to the river and everything associated with it. The staff were generally very helpful and efficient in their work. What they didn't seem to be able to do was provide additional information: eg I asked about catching public transport and the answer was "I don't know - I don't catch public transport". I thought it would be reasonable to expect the people on reception to be able to tell the general basic information. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

It’s located 5 - 10 mins walk away from crown casino and the room is clean and spacious. Wifi speed is also fast. Check-in and out is fast.

Overall a good stay!”

The only thing to note is that reception is at a different building in Docklands area like 15- 20mins drive away . not big problem if you have a car and dont mind going around. The apartment itself is a great place to stay, free onsite dedicated parking is a plus. Full amenities provided, comfortable bed and sofa bed in the living area so enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids.

AFL Grand Final weekend”

These apartments are in a good location, some nice restaurants nearby in Clarendon street, very small Woolworth supermarket next door, McDonald's on the corner, nice pool ($10 extra), parking is VERY tight but trams very close. Not enough lounge chairs (3) and only 1 TV in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite. Overall good.

The apartment is generally clean and well presented, however we found that the lighting in the bathroom is woefully inadequate. We ended up putting one of the desk lamp in the bathroom for the duration of our stay. Access to the gym and pool area is not included in price.

Such as wonderful location. Staff are nice and helpful. Only points is the light control in toilet need more brightness, a bit scare at night.
