Due to the commbank issues we had to quickly change our plans and the phone rep was very good at answering my query about deposits. Front of house staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are value for money, has its own kitchen and living space, well kept, modern enough, clean, spacious, comfortable—perfect for families. Have already recommended to ours! Will come back in the future!

We always stay at CITADINES MELBOURNE. It’s in a great location in the heart of Melbourne with a tram stop outside. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and very clean, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There’s a great heated indoor pool and gym for relaxing. Highly recommended!

We were in Melbourne to see a show and found Citadines Bourke st perfect for our stay. Central location, friendly staff, clean and comfy bed. I would not recommend the rooms for a long stay for more that one person, as it was a cramped room. Perfect for for a weekend in the city

Great location, tram stop right outside and minutes from the shops. Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. However I was staying 12F and noise of building works next door during the day was inconvenient. Was excited to find out they are pet friendly. This is good to know as I will welcome my own dog soon.

Right next to shopping, restaurants and transport....very clean rooms, comfortable bed and kitchenette well stocked. Staff were very friendly- we called in to drop a bag off early while we wandered around town and they let us in the room early. Highly recommended.

Staying in Melbourne? Then just make it easy on yourself and stay at Citadines. Beautiful modern rooms with great furnishings and fittings. Very modern and well looked after place. Prices are beyond worth it for the rooms compared to other places as well as it being in an amazingly central location on Bourke Street directly in front of the tram stop. We've stayed here twice and again next week. 10/10!

Location is good. Lots of eateries within stone throw. Full size refrigerator, you can buy stuff from the market to cook, there's a kitchenette. Huge bathrooms. There's a washer dryer available in one of the bathrooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Overall recommended stay.

We had a really good stay! The staff is very lovely especially Sentosh who showed his understanding of my health situation and managed to accomodate my request at best that he can. Really appreciated! The location is very good, easily access to all restaurants, free tram stop is just at the door. Room is clean with nice view.
