Good location, with complimentary buggy shuttle to namngun lake. Staff at reception were very disorganized, incapable. Should train them more properly on hotel and hospitability service. Bath room was not up to the standard that we paid.
I didn't expect to have such a luxurious accommodation in Ban Keun. Friendly staff, awesome breakfast. There is even a proper swimming pool in the resort. Rooms are spacious with river view. Very good.
