Best hotels & accommodations in Chungju-si

I stayed for a night for my Seoul to Busan cycling trip. Hotel owner very friendly, although he can't speak well English but he is doing his best to communicate with me and tried to make me fell like at home. This hotel provide almost all cyclists needed, washing machine, dryer, bicycles box lock, bicycle self fix station, out door cooking area and simple self service ...

While this hotel is not the Waldorf Astoria, it’s spotless clean and provides you with everything that you need for a visit to Chungju. The staff was very nice and knew some basic English (Thank You for that!). Air conditioned, tv, free wifi. It’s either this or one of the love motels down the street and this option is just fine.

Room is quite big for the price, and in high standard. However breakfast is not included. You can have breakfast in the hotel restaurant at 10,000 Won which is a bit expensive. Set lunch or dinner cost about 15,000 won. My twin bedroom have a big balcony facing Suanbo Town and surrounding landscape. Taxi fare between hotel and Suanbo Town is 3,000 won per trip. T...

hotel has its own hot spring, restaurant and convenience store. There's also lot of affordable restaurants nearby by walking. The owner is very kind and helpful. He personally bring us by his car to ski resort and bus terminal during our check out free of charge. Room is big. Will definitely stay again in this hotel and recommend to our friends back home.

The hotel is not brand new nor the cheapest. But staff is awesome guys. And all the needed facilities are there inside - for bath, for breakfast, for massage machine, etc. Great place to stay as a group. (I recommend On-Dol-Bang온돌방, which is a Korean style stay)
