This is place where you go for the sea and you don't mind the stay. But the stay was also good considering that it was so close to the beach and yet has most of the facilities. So overall a good stay. Service was good and all the basic facilities that you need were working and the room was clean(to a desirable extent there was a smell but that may be due to the room being made of wood) and there is a small compound outside where you can relax with your kids in a swing, which was where we spent most of our time. Food if you want to try local delicacies, you should go for Khanwal(Restautants) just opposite and couple of others 2 minutes walk from the hotel where I saw good non veg food being relished, I choose the hotel food as I had vegetarians who did not wanted to eat veg food in a non-veg environemnt at the Khanwals. This is just close to the MTDC resort also. So if you missed booking MTDC restort I think this is the second best option. Parking space is also available.

Residential facilities need serious up gradation in terms of interiors and cleanliness. Quality of flooring, mattress etc need to be improved. Bathroom interiors were also not up to the mark.Intercom facility was absent. Mobile had no range and communication was a serious problem. The location of the resort was quite far from the beach. No entertainment facility like pool table, carom etc / indoor games were absent at the resort.
