5-stars on the location (right next to a convenience store and few min walk to the JR train station), the cleanliness (entire hotel was clean), staff (very friendly and helpful), and breakfast (larger variety than I expected). I had read from other reviews that the wifi was a little slow but I had no problems. The bed was VERY comfortable with a great view. I actually ...

I don't know how new the hotel is but it seemed very new, was very clean/quiet, and close to several restaurants.
