Best hotels & accommodations in Moshi

Stayed at Mountain Inn before Serengeti trip and returned to it afterwards. Staff are warm and welcoming. They go beyond their duties to make you feel at home. Food is really good and plentiful, Indian cuisine. 10 mins from Moshi for peace and quiet after trips or climbing. Mixed age guests. Would heartily recommend.

My wife and I stopped here on our way to Arusha based on the reviews that I read of best places to stay in Moshi. Though the drive in had me questioning my decision (rough dirt road) we were pleasantly relieved when we were welcomed into the lodge with fresh juice. The bar/dining area was just as the pictures depicted and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. W...

I stopped over in Moshi for 2 nights while on my way to Arusha. The hostel includes breakfast and free wifi and the breakfast is really good! You can choose how you would like your eggs cooked. I went on the waterfall and coffee tour which was great. The guide was knowledgeable and fun to be around. A good place to stay and easy to get to the center of town.

We had nothing short of a great experience at Shimbwe Meadows. Victor is a down to earth, thaughtful guy whom is always positive and will do hes damntest to help you out and make your stay pleasant. -The Homestay: is not a luxury spot but there seems to be just what you need to get bye. -The Food: Is made by Alex who we both thaught might have more than just a nack fo...

Good and we were please with it. The only complaint is about Agoda and not the hotel itself. Agoda put on their advertisement for this hotel that they take Visa card but when we arrived there we found out that they take only cash U.S. or chilling money. That caused a lot of problem because we had to search for a bank and not all banks accepted our card. Because of a...

Most of the guests that stay here, is either on their way climbing Kili, or resting after the climb..! They don't stay for many days. We had a full week at Park View Inn, and enjoyed our stay. The menu is not complex, but alright for breakfast as well as snacks and meals. We did eat many different places in Moshi, but I don't think you need more than they offer at the...

No wifi as advertise. Need to wait till Monday then the wifi will work. No wifi during the week end. I ask them to pack for my breakfast but they refused because they said the breakfast only available at 7 am. It is not like in Indo China hotels where they will pack for you with sandwich, eggs and a box of drinking water if you check out earlier. Staff are a bit rough ...

A heart felt thank you to Rajen, his wife Prea and the Ameg team. What an amazing time and unique adventure. During my stay, I went on safari to Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara and a 6-day successful summit to Gilmans Point Mt. Kilimanjaro. All trips expertly planned, coordinated and flawlessly executed by Rajen and his team. The personal touch and attention to detail was jus...

Nice pool area. Good food and service. Food choices limited, but very good. Breakfast good. Bathroom good - plenty of hot water. A good stay for the money. Reliable shuttle to airport - $50 one way. One hour drive. We would definitely stay there again. But, don’t go in January - very hot - mid 90s every day. Go in June. But, that has nothing to do with the hotel.
