If you're staying overnight in transit for Narita airport OR if you don't mind the hour long trek to Tokyo, I totally recommend using this hotel as a base, as I did. There's not a lot within comfortable walking distance, (one ramen shop across the road!) but that's about all you can complain about. The rooms are absolutely great value sizewise etc. The staff are really...

As others have noted, this was the biggest hotel room we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Japan! Design and amenities is similar to a North American hotel. They offer both a very regular shuttle in a full-sized coach bus to Narita Airport and, what we did not even realize, a shuttle to the Narita town, which is lovely and was a perfect place to spend our last aftern...

Nice hotel, but too overcrowded to enjoy. Had to wait in line to get to the elevator. Restaurants were booked. And you are not in walking distance to anything interesting. Long line just to enter the 7-11 in the hotel. In the morning, I went there to get something to eat, and it had been cleaned out like there was a zombie apocalypse. In general, not really a very int...

This capsule hotel has excellent location for travellers arriving late at night or departing early in the morning from Narita Airport. Upon check in, you ill be given a toiletries bag with towels, pyjamas, slippers and toothbrush. The locker provided was also huge and could fit a 28" luggage with a travelling backpack. The bed and blanket was comfortable, and there we...

Thoroughly enjoyed Richmond Narita! The staff ( Front Desk & Housekeeping) went above and beyond in providing exceptional service during my stay. Very relaxing hotel to return to, after long days traveling into the city. Absolutely love this place!

Really liked this hotel.check in and out was very efficient.the room was adequate, with a fridge and kettle and a complimentary kimono which was very comfortable and got a lot of use.the hotel itself was really nice spacious and airy.the shuttle buses to the airport,Narita train station and the shopping mall at Narita were very frequent and a great idea.you must try the...

Used the hotel at the start of the trip and will stay again at the end of our trip. Narita is a very pleasant and interesting place- more than just an airport. Good location/shuttle service, very helpful staff, spacious room, and very clean. Great value for money.

Whenever my wife and I fly into Narita, we book our first night at the U-City. It is cheap, clean, and convenient. Breakfast is typical Japanese hotel fare for an additional 850 Yen. If you want something else, there is a Seven Eleven and a bakery/cafe across the street. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from Narita Station, which is a 7 minute ride from terminal 1. ...

I have stayed at the Radisson Narita since before it was a Radisson (started in 1978). The staff has always been very accomno dating and caring. The hotel has grown and improved since my first visit, but it's always like coming home to stay their. P.S. They have best tuna sandwich ever!

I had an early morning flight, so I was in need for a location near Narita airport. I used the Marroad 16 years ago (dayroom) and found it rather pleasant at the time. So I came again. It might be the floor they put me in - all looke like there was no change for the past 16 years.OK, the CRT TV was replaced by a flatscreen, but seems to be all that happened. Rooms wer...

I would like to say that is a good place to stay but is not too customer friendly! For example, helping with keeping the luggage until a bit later, as there are no coin lockers anywhere around that place or other places where you can store the luggage if it happens to have to go somewhere else until you change your location. I prefer the other hotels that I stayed dur...

Very convinient shuttle services to and from Narita airport terminals. Shuttle bus was small but driver was able to accomodate people + luggages going to hotel. This is perfect for overnite stay compared to capsules as it provide more privacy & more spaces to fix lugage stuffs

Although I am a frequent traveler to Japan, this was the first time stayed in this hotel. Compare to others, the price with the location like this is definitely the best as it is close to train station and bus terminal, if you don't mind the hotel just located right next to the railway track. But the room quality can ruin all your good impression. I am not saying the c...

Old and run down, rooms are very average and everything is outdated. Breakfast was also very average although there was a lot of choice, the food wasn't very good. Location is close to station but for people holidaying I don't recommend staying in Narita, not much to do there. We paid a similar amount of money for hostels in the bigger cities that were far nicer.
