Best hotels & accommodations in Palu

I had a very relaxing stay in the hotel. My room was an excellent size and it had a beautiful view over Palu Bay. The western breakfast was OK, however the Chinese restaurant was a treat, with the best Chinese cuisine I have had in Indonesia. Reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly, nothing was too hard for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to othe...

I booked this hotel for my parents when they're travelling to Palu to attend my relatives' wedding. When I was searching for the best hotel that I could, I found this hotel then immediately booked it. My parents told me that the location was really good because it was near the shore. The staff was also very friendly to them and the room was big and clean. Totally save ...

Back again to this hotel. Everything is still same, Cozy, Nice service, close to the city center, easy to find meals around the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly especially Ms. Vanny & Ms. Nurul. Will be back to stay at this hotel again for the next visit to Palu.

i used to book a suite room with agoda. when arrived at hotel and check in, hotel management said i cannot get that suite room because of troubled with their system when i book that room so they moved me to executive room which particularly 2x lower than room i have booked before... dont know that is agoda faults or hotel faults... after that my feeling not same anymor...

This is the second best hotel in Palu after the Mercure resort at a fraction of the cost. We were headed to the Togean Islands for five days and had an over night stay while we transited through. New Years Eve was the night we stayed and everyone was having a great time with fireworks and live band! Awesome staff were so nice. Thank you

We decided to spend the night there as we landed pretty late (23:00) in Palu. It took about 30mn to reach the hotel only. Hotel is located along the road going to Donggala and Tanjung Karang, absolutely not downtown as the map was showing... The hotel is brand new (lobby not finished yet !) and has been built on a recreational area. Therefore, you have a new hotel, ne...

basically this hotel is not in the radar for me to book since the rating is low, however since other hotel around palu mall is full so this becomes the next best option. Hotel is standard considering its 1 star hotel, so nothing to expect about it.

This is my first trip to Palu without any information. I found this Hotel from Agoda and I trusted information from it. I found the Hotel and rooms exactly looks like in the Agoda. The Staff are helpful during check in. The room is big and TV channel help me to kill my time. The Aircondition not cool enough, maybe I stay in top floor. Overall is satisfy.
