"I have nothing but positive things to say about the Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel and Resort. Ive stayed in other hotels in the Jomtien area before and this was above and beyond any of them. The location of the Hotel couldn't be better as it gives you easy access to Pattaya, the harbor, and Jomtien. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, most spoke decent English and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The pool is fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable with great views of the beach, refrigerator, safe, coffee maker, bottled water, etc.. The breakfast buffet was the best ive ever experienced in Thailand in the 30+ years ive been coming here. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when visiting Pattaya in the future. "We had a nice stay in Tevan Hotel. The bed is quite big and the room is very spacious. My only comment is the accesibility to public transport since tuktuks are not available in the area and only motorcycle are available in the area. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"Located at the centre of Soi 13 near Soi Bukhaoa -this is cetainly one of the best Hotels in Pattaya if not Thailand. You feel really at home here with excellent rooms overlooking a great pool. Rooms are clean, spacious, shower/bathroom and all facilities are good so you can enjoy your stay. There is fanatastic long bar outside the Reception area - managed by the wonderful Nas and his team(San, Sa and La) who take care of your food & drink needs. The very friendly staff add to an already great Hotel facility and having been to Pattaya about 20 times this is by far my favourite Hotel as it has everything you could need.Location is halfway up Soi 13 from Pattaya 2nd record - near the junction with Soi Buakhao which has loads of Bars, Restauarants/Nightlife. As a contrast to all the hustle and bustle of Pattaya the Hotel is peaceful and relaxing and not a long walk from the beach. Highly recommended.!"

"Wow ! Hotel was the best I've stayed in pattaya ever. The staff were helpful and pleasant, willing to help you in anyway they could. Short distance to walking street but still away from all the noise of the night life. Swimming pool was good size doesn't get to crowded at peak time plenty of loungers around the pool good just to jump in on a hotttt day to cool off. As our return flights weren't until late evening they allowed us to check out late 4pm which was great as needed them extra few hours in the AC I would most deffinatley stay there again when I return to Thailand. "This hotel is very close to the Soi buakhow and the amazing night life of Pattaya. We booked deluxe rooms and they were very big in size. Walking street is at a walking distance of 10 mins and you will have to minimum 200THB while coming back, if you are in a group of 4-5 or more. The staff very quick enough to resolve my issue (although i faced only AC issue on 1 night). Rest everything was great. We got to know from the local people of pattaya that this hotel tops the chart of 3* star category and believe you me, they were right. Deluxe room had kettle for coffee and tea and you get 2 bottles of water complimentary every day. Seven eleven and pattaya city hotel is at a walking distance of 2-3 mins.. I will come back and stay at this hotel again. "

"i had called ahead to confirm my reservation and ask a few questions and the people who answered the phone all spoke very good English and before i even arrived i had a good impression of the place. easy to get too, the hotel is right off of Pattaya Klang/Central Pattaya Road and it only took 10 minutes to get to from the bus terminal on North Pattaya Road/Pattaya Nuea by motorcycle taxi (50 Baht fare) and it is 10 min walk to Beach Road. April Suites was recommended to me by a friend and upon arrival i was pleasantly surprised to see that it was exactly like the photos on the website, even better. check in was fast and trouble free, they had all the paper work started prior to my arrival and i was in my room relaxing within 10 minutes. the hotel is fairly new & everything was in perfect shape, the room is sensibly & beautifully furnished, THE BED IS FANTASTIC, bathrooms are well laid out & i had hot water & good pressure on demand at all times which is not always the case in Pattaya hotels. the room has a big flat screen TV, an OK sized desk/work area & the WiFi was never a problem (not super fast, but i was always able to work with ease). it is one of the only rooms i have stayed in anywhere, at any price, that has enough electrical outlets, in all the right places & they were grounded. for a business traveler with a computer this is a big plus. one of the best features of the hotel is the nice quiet roof-top pool area. great sofa beds & umbrellas, the area & the pool itself are spotlessly clean & the staff are attentive & once again, speak great English. there is a small but decent gym & a fantastic, clean, HOT sauna. the few times i ordered drinks they came quickly & are not overpriced. i did not try the food so i cannot comment. there is a large frig & you can stock it by going to the Tops Market located on the corner to across Pattaya Sai 2. i have stayed in every room type & all are good & spacious & the suite room was like a smal"
