Loved it! We stayed in a bamboo hut and loved the cozy feel of the bamboo walls and high ceilings. The beds come with electric blankets which is nice for winter nights. The service is excellent and the staff is well trained and attentive. The restaurant is good and the prices are extremely reasonable. Pindaya is a great little town to relax for a day or two and the cav...

I'm really glad I chose to stay the night in Pindaya. Many people just do a day trip to the caves but it is a nice town. My hotel rented me a bicycle for cheap and I rode around the cute little town. The hotel room was huge with two beds. The room is nicer than it looks in the pictures which is usually the opposite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd highly r...

This is my first time to Pindaya, and I am very glad that I have chosen to stay at Global Grace Hotel. There are only 5 hotels in Pindaya, and this hotel is within the middle price range. I have walked around to check out other hotels in Pindaya, and I find this hotel is value for money. The location is great, and my room view is just so fantastic. I was able to clea...

We really enjoyed our stay. The building is lovely, light and airy, with lots of fruit and veg growing all around and solar thermal panels too which is rare in Myanmar currently. Food is great. All in all very relaxing. It's a 45 minute walk from Pindaya town, but it's a nice walk and they gave us a free lift into town when they were going in.

The hotel looks very nice as it has wonderful gardens, large reception and restaurant area in a main building and individual bungalows for guest rooms. The rooms are big with a nice balcony and views of the mountains and the Pindaya cave. The only downside was the old furniture in the room and the feeling that the wood paneled rooms and the bathroom could use some reno...

Traveler impressions of Pindaya
Pindaya is a lovely little town with a lake and some fun caves full of Buddhas. There is one good restaurant in town and we recommend the Golden Cave Hotel.
The official attractions were the caves and paper umbrellas factories but I found very interesting the 2 hour ride from Heho Airport.
