Lots of counter space in bathroom and handy lighted, magnifying mirror! Complimentary water bottle was a nice touch. Fun to go to the casino too. Handy to the Canada Line to get to the airport. Or you can take a taxi. No airport shuttle. I would definitely stay here again!

It is an oldie but a goodie. All was comfortable, the bed etc. shower was ok but not five star. View was sensational with snow capped mountains. Car park free and absolutely no hassle. Airport shuttle was fine and free. Breakfast was free continental but not five star ... toast with white and whole meal thick sliced, bagels, cornflakes, rice bubbles, apple and orange j...

We were on a world tour. We happened upon this hotel, and were very lucky to do so. Vancouver was a new destination for us. Downtown hotels were stupidly expensive.. We booked in at the Ramada Richmond. The staff were just fantastic, reception, room service and particularly the Lady who ran Breakfast. She was just so nice, she prepared everything to order, ensured EV...

I booked my last minute stay at this Days Inn as I was concerned about weather delaying my initial flight which would have disrupted my international connections. The proximity to the airport is a real plus for this hotel as is the free shuttle service. In addition, the self-serve continental breakfast is well supplied and the waffles are truly excellent and unique...

I'm not too sure about the standard for a 3-star hotel, frankly. So my comments below are based on my own experiences and expectations. > no toothbrush / toothpaste provided > no cup/glass in the bathroom, so I have to use those in the mini-bar when I need to brush my teeth > complimentary water? > slippers? > bathrobe? > as driving is very popular & essential there, ...

what everybody else is saying about this hotel is all true. it's not rated #5 best vancouver airport hotel for nothing and i think it's the best travel bargain available if your looking for a great hotel as your starting off point before heading to the airport. there is a mcdonalds across the parking lot but not too many restaurant or shopping options in the area. i...

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Richmond. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, the included breakfast was lovely, and the shuttle bus took no more than 10 minutes to deliver me to the Vancouver Airport. However, I didn't like that the hotel uses single-use cutlery, plates and cups. In this day and age, they should really be more environmentally consciou...

I was there for 4 days while sorting out some personal business. The staff were very helpful and friendly, whether it be with restaurant locations, helping to print boarding passes or disposing of a large cardboard box that my new luggage was packed in. They made the best impression on me during my stay. I picked this hotel off the internet mainly for it's location (c...

Wonderful place to arrive. All of the staff were so helpful with local travel plans. The best complimentary breakfast selection I believe I have ever seen at a hotel. Room furnishing and linen all updated and looked brand new, very clean and comfortable. Restaurants, bars and activities close by. Also public transportation. I would definitely stay there again!

This condo is in a strategic location, close to the airport and a huga shopping mall ( Richmond Center), surrounded by good restaurants and pubs. In the same building as AIRPORT EXECUTIVE HOTEL, it made me confused how to check in, as this condo belongs to a private owner, who actually tried to text me, but AGODA finally gave me on the phone a help with their phone . Self-operated accommodation. The cleanliness and facilities need to improve. The fridge is so dirty, had not be clean for so long which need to be clean after each guest left. In one occasion one toilet paper roll has to be shared by 5 guests in 2 rooms. Liquid soap need to be refilled when empty which was done only on the last day before we left after 6 days even upon...

I just had a short stay as I has an 18 hour layover in Vancouver. The Best Western is not far from the airport and the price was very affordable. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and informative. On the downside, there isn't a lot of restaurant options within walking distance and I was on the first floor so there was a bit of noise from the parking lot (I wa...

We were travelling from Vancouver island and none of the options for arrival would allow us 2 hours for security clearance before our 9 am flight. We decided to pay the premium for this super convenient option and reduce our stress. It was well worth it. We were able to stroll out of the lobby and were within steps of the TSA clearance lines. The hotel was luxury on e...

Room was clean and spacious with kitchenette. Amenities was good. Staff was good attitude, i appreciated it. Hotel price was reasonable. They have free shuttle from and to airport. The only thing they could do better maybe to provide buffet breakfast at the restaurant. That would be great in my opinion. I will recommended this hotel for my family/friends who wants to g...

We had a 12 hour overnight layover in Vancouver, after a trans-Pacific flight. This hotel was a great location - easy shuttle bus service from the international arrivals terminal, as well as train access from the city. The staff was super friendly with my young children, who were very tired. The best part was a very good restaurant on site, right on the docks, for a ...

Traveler impressions of Richmond (BC)
The hotel is on the outskirts of the town of Richmond, which can be accessed by bus. Richmond appeared to be a lovely town but we did not have time to spend there as we were just passing through.
U can travel with skytrian easily to most of the sight seeing places. For bus u better check the routes and schedule beforehand or some hotel staff maybe can help u, citizen there mostly drive their own car so cannot help much for the bus information.
There are so many mall and restaurant in this city. Just check on the tourist magazine, there is always a restaurant to want to try.
In the past, you might need to rent a car but after having the Skytrain, it's very convenient to travel around and there are connecting bus free of charge from each Skytrain station.
Richmond centre is a must go mall to visit and #9 restaurntis just right beside the hotel is awesome.
