First there was not any communication from Agoda to Hotel for the booking.The wifi was not in working ..Centralized Ac system was not working due to slow down in business as informed by the reception.The facilities are not in function....Since no rush in hotel,the breakfast was puri bhaji only..There is nothing nearby to get entertained ..even no public transport
Really, staff of this hotel is very polite and they do whatever they can, to make their customers stay comfortable. They only need to add more items in their breakfast menu. Dinner is very good here. I really enjoyed my stay here.
Everytime I go to Rudrapur I will stay here, because it is close to Industrial zone where I just take a car for 5 minuts then reach at the factory. If you stay for business trip, this hotel is ok one.
