Stavanger is a cute city and it can connect you to the amazing Preikestolen by the Ferry from this city.
This city is just excellent. It is the gateway to the Pulpit Rock walk; the Lysefjord and many more outdoor opportunities.
The bars and restaurants are expensive but this is what you expect in Norway but the people are friendly and the social scene is cool. The centre is quite tight in size which makes it perfect for 3 nights.
Stavanger is a nice city with alot of history. Very wide-spread surrounding areas with many different attractions like tours, nature and history.
Visit the beautiful 'Old Town' with its cobbled streets and white wooden houses...and don't forget your camera.
A very clean and beautiful little city located on a fjord. Lovely wooden buildings, particularly in old stavanger, and charming narrow cobbled streets.
However, your pockets will have to be very deep as Stavanger ranks as one of the worlds most expensive cities. Food and drink are particularly expensive in the harbour area.
Stavanger is an expensive city by any standard...food and drink are particularly so. However, very quaint harbour with nice cobbled back streets that include many nice bars and restaurants.
