Location is the first advantage, on the Tirumala Main Road, Tirupati Bus Stand, Near Reliance Shopping Mall, Restaurant was serving good vegetarian food, rooms were spacious, compared to other properties in the city Minerva is little expensive but no regrets. Great Stay.

Had excellent stay in this hotel during tirupati visit and it is one of the best and very neat and hygienic hotel for staying with family along with kids. The hotel ambience, interior and hospitality was really amazing and they do daily cleaning services in the room too which is really good. Also this is very close to alipiri toll gate so if you are planning to stay in...

This hotel is located right next to the Tirupati bus stand and has got good parking place. The property is relatively older one and requires some maintenance, we could see that the wood work in the room about to fall off, one of the rooms AC not working properly. This could become a great place with some face-lifting and better maintenance.

Prime location of tirupati amidst the busy city very near to railway station. You can conveniently rent ola cabs. Rooms are spacious with neat beddings, toiletries, good house keeping, room service. Good swimming pool but water needs more treatment. The most spectacular thing is the mouth watering veg Navaratna and Khazana non veg restaurent to add more value is their...

Dear Bhimas residency, thank you for your kindness on our check-in date. Due to the barrier of 12-noon checkin, your staff provided us a good room though we came by early hours. Like to experience of such great gesture. This is what we need from a hotel. Mr. Sudarshan helped us in the checkin process. His services are amazing. Will definitely visit here again, if such ...

One of the best hotel to stay with family. Hospitality of the staff was excellent. Hotel is located near Tirumala hill and have very good and refreshing view from the hotel. Place is calm and quiet. Food is also good but bit costly, however it's worth the value of money.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience during our stay at your hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up to the entire hotel team. We will definitely recommend Keys Hotel to our family and friends; and of course Keys Hotel Vihas will be our choice of hotel when we visit Tirupati in the future.

Hi all, this hotel is very good interns of accessibility as bus stop is hardy 5 mins walk which is key to go to any nearby places in or out of tirupati. Hotel doesn't provide cafeteria and other services but they all can be accessed at nearby hotels and shops. Rooms were clean and neat and I liked this hotel given the price they charged.

This hotel was not that easy to find, as most people would not recognise the name; Candy. Only after some fine searching did we find this hotel (ask for PLR, but be clear that this hotel is not the one in Tirupati town!). The staff didn't seem all that friendly when arrived, but they were very efficient, and eventually warmed up to us. After visiting Tirumala, we spent...

Very pleasant stay..Value for price..The hotel is just 5 min drive from Goddess Padmavathi temple, Tirupati. Good service and humble staff. True to its name, view from the hotel window gives a treat to the eyes with nature's beautiful 7 hills. We could see the divine face of Lord Venkateswara in those hills. Hotel has a restaurant attached to it which supplies breakfas...

I was slightly skeptical when I booked the stay here, since the photos show the property is slightly old but the great reviews forced me to stick to it, and I thank God for that. Really helpful staff and manager is s very nice person. They will help you 24X7. He even gave us a room post or stay for freshening up post darshan and when we offered to pay he just smiled an...

Stayed overnight to go tirupati the next morning. Good rooms provided, breakfast was good. Extremely satisfied with their customer service. Close journey to tirumala. No language barriers faced as most of the staff speak English. Families can stay here without any hesitation.

i have visited tirupati bala jee, for that i choose this hotel for my stay. i stayed with my family. the hotel was good & we shared a triple sharing room. breakfast was good. best part was cleanliness. i would like to suggest others also to stay at this hotel while going to bala jee temple.

Location near Railway Station and bus station and decent restaurant are pros. Insisting on cash payments, non acceptance of digital payments and lack of proper room service are cons. For 3 days of my stay, never was the room cleaned and beddings changed.

This hotel is a severe cheating hotel. Worst behaviour of employees of hotel. Initially denied for giving money payment receipt. No cleanliness at all. Every time every employees of hotel is asking for money. Take examplary action against this hotel, other wise I take this matter to the human rights Commission.

Cleaning staff non cooperative, don't faith on booking through on line through agodha. I booked one extra bed for 23- 24 Dec 2012 but during check in manager I can't give me extra bed. This is very bad for guest. When I told to property manager for arrangement/refund of mony he refunded mony after more discussion . Cleaning of bedsheets and toilets are very bad condit...

We arrived and the man at the desk was rather rude. We were shown to a room which was not ready, it had not been cleaned after the previous occupants. We were told to wait there until it was cleaned until I complained and asked for a different room. The new room had double beds which we then pushed together but not at all what we'd expected. the new room was clean and ...
If you choose the stay in this hotel, do not use the room service even for a coffee, because they double or triple the cost of cofee or water bottle and also expect heavy tips from you. I believe that, one can offer tips based on happy and honest service but not forcible tips. Service persons are seen drunk at nights and disturbing in the midnight ringing room bells...

Good for short term stay. Very near to railway station (walk-able distance). Also very near to bus station for Tirumala temple buses. The cleanliness was good. As the property is an old one, the bathroom and toilet needs improvement. They have an attached restaurant and room service is also available. Can't complain as the cost is reasonable

Disappointing Small rooms. Small Bathroom and toilets. Their website shows they have 2 types of rooms but in actual they have only one room. When checked with the hotel staff, they said we have only one type and the room allotted to us the biggest in size.

Traveler impressions of Tirupati
This is a place to worship and also sight see the surrounding areas of Tirumala, and lower Thirupathi.
As i know this town have 2 things, Zoo and Balaji Temple which is very full of the people (1 Days they open for 22 hours, but the good things when you show passport and pay for Rs 300,- you can get Foreign Entrance which more faster for queing).
City needs lots of better serviced hotels and very well trained staff. City has huge potential for hotel industry but i dont know why people are not tapping this huge potential.
Tirupati has the biggest religious center in world. This place is well kept. Its airport is not well connected with rest of India.
Tirupati is a small town spread over 5-7 KM. Due to thousands of visitors daily for Tirumala temple, good development is visible around in the town.

The hotel is excellent and exceeding expectation for those who are looking for budget hotels. The hilly area in front of Hotel provide scenic view and exotic experience. The daily need market is in walk able distance from this location. The people who want to ejoy idli sambhar dosa in morning breakfast will find small hotel adjacent to this hotel stay. More about Tirupati
Tirupati’s grandest attraction and the only destination for many travelers is the Venkateswara Temple, patronized by even the kings of the past. It is located atop the hills of Tirumala in a mountain range that runs along southeast India and is considered one of the most ancient temples mentioned in Hindu text. Varahaswami Temple is another popular stop for those on a pilgrimage and cultural explorers. According to legend, Varahaswarmi owned the seven hills before giving them to Venkateswara as long as he too was worshipped. Outside the temples, there are holy waterfalls and sacred rivers that can be visited as well. In between spiritual quests, trips to Chandragiri Fort, Kalyani Dam, and Kishna Mandir provide great insight into the city.
