Location is the first advantage, on the Tirumala Main Road, Tirupati Bus Stand, Near Reliance Shopping Mall, Restaurant was serving good vegetarian food, rooms were spacious, compared to other properties in the city Minerva is little expensive but no regrets. Great Stay.

This hotel is located right next to the Tirupati bus stand and has got good parking place. The property is relatively older one and requires some maintenance, we could see that the wood work in the room about to fall off, one of the rooms AC not working properly. This could become a great place with some face-lifting and better maintenance.

Hi all, this hotel is very good interns of accessibility as bus stop is hardy 5 mins walk which is key to go to any nearby places in or out of tirupati. Hotel doesn't provide cafeteria and other services but they all can be accessed at nearby hotels and shops. Rooms were clean and neat and I liked this hotel given the price they charged.

Stayed overnight to go tirupati the next morning. Good rooms provided, breakfast was good. Extremely satisfied with their customer service. Close journey to tirumala. No language barriers faced as most of the staff speak English. Families can stay here without any hesitation.

Conveniently located near bus stop. Economical rates, rooms are clean, no cockroaches that you generally find in three star hotels after paying high prices. Would strongly recommend.

Really bad customer service and there was not facilities to point out. Air con did not work, there was no hot water, no toiletries. There was no towel in my room, i called them around 3 to 4 times to get a towel.

i have visited tirupati bala jee, for that i choose this hotel for my stay. i stayed with my family. the hotel was good & we shared a triple sharing room. breakfast was good. best part was cleanliness. i would like to suggest others also to stay at this hotel while going to bala jee temple.

Location near Railway Station and bus station and decent restaurant are pros. Insisting on cash payments, non acceptance of digital payments and lack of proper room service are cons.For 3 days of my stay, never was the room cleaned and beddings changed.

This hotel is a severe cheating hotel. Worst behaviour of employees of hotel. Initially denied for giving money payment receipt. No cleanliness at all. Every time every employees of hotel is asking for money. Take examplary action against this hotel, other wise I take this matter to the human rights Commission.

If you choose the stay in this hotel, do not use the room service even for a coffee, because they double or triple the cost of cofee or water bottle and also expect heavy tips from you.
