The room with 2 meals package are valuable. Room conditions + private bath are good. Meals are Ok in quantity and taste. Staffs show warm welcome. It was a very relaxing and pleasant stay! The manager at the resort is very friendly and helpful, pick up us from the main bus station, helped us organised the bus booking to Hakata, given us a free upgrade for the 2nd and 3rd night. The breakfast and dinner are very tasty, we get to try all the nice local cuisine in one place. We really enjoyed our stay, recommended! ...

It is my 3rd visiting in Ureshino. Ureshino bath water helpful for my itch skin. Kotobuki is valuable staying. Location is center and silent. Toilet is public and clean with no smell. I stayed at 2nd floor with view of ureshino river. Room have hair dryer, small refrigerator, tv, warmer, tea pot, mirror, tea table, green tea. I will stay again next time.

Excellent staff who assisted us with heavy luggages up the many flights of stairs upon our arrival in the late evening n then assisted in making dinner reservation as we did not book the room with dining options. Hotel is very clean n organised with nice indoor n outdoor Onsen (though small but well kept ). Definitely my first choice if I visit Ureshino again.

The staff is very friendly at Taishoya despite the language barrier. Quite modern and cosy. There are 2 onsens available in house, level 1 & B1. Level 1 Onsen is spacious and clean. B1 onsen is much smaller and clean too. The onsen water is clear and good for skin, not drying. The outdoor onsen is around 15 minutes away whereby a shuttle bus is provided to send the gue...

Would recommend this hotel as they have great onsen facilities both indoor and outdoor and they are very spacious inside. The counter staff generally do not speck English but they are still very helpful and patient to address your questions. The pre-ordered breakfast is amazingly good with a full spread of Japanese dishes.

This is one of the best onsen hotels we have ever stayed at. Hotel rooms were so nice and staff from front desk to other service providers have shown their high standard professionalism. They were so caring and made guests feel like home. All in all, we would like to thank Ms Akiko who has helped us a lot with our meals in the hotel.
