Frankly to say, I have traveled to Vancouver so many times and stayed in so many different hotels. Atrium of course can't compare with higher class 5 stars hotels....but as value for money, Atrium tops them all! Very good booking price vs good services, clean room, breakfast and underground very secured parkings. I will pretty sure I will book Atrium again for next travel!

We went for a one night stay to see a concert at Air Canada Center, used the valet at $39.95 CAD for parking (highly recommended) , check in was quick, our room with single queen was on the small side but it made ho difference for a short stay, it was clean the stall courteous. Walk to the lake front in under 10 min!!!!!!!

The hotel is located at the downtown and just next to the Sky Train Burrad Station which you could reach everywhere. Walking distance to Canada Place and Waterfront. Hotel staff offered us free wifi in our room. Cool what's a nice treat. The room is spacious and the bed dings was extremely comfy. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a value-added hotel.

It is one of hotels in downtown Toronto with best location , central to many different sight seeing spots , theatres, Eatons center, Yonge Street. Even check in check out always have lots of people line up, many staff available to minimize time. Room is clean and renovated. Hallway, lobby some area are dated. The swimming pool, whirlpool and gym are up at roof top and a nice patio to enjoy some sun and view of downtown. All are functional with nice towel service as change, shower facilities. We did not try the dinning areas as there are so many eateries around the hotel. The elevators could be little confusing ‘cause each go to certain floors only since the hotel is quite big and have different buildings.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Toronto. Close to Dundas square and very nice and clean with newly renovated rooms. Only thing is no parking on site so I had to pay $38 for parking somewhere else which is a bit far fetched considering the room for one night is over $200. In this case it should include parking with room. Other than that beautiful hotel and great staff

Me and my son's first trip to Vancouver. My husband took us there for New Year's Celebration. Hotel is fantastic with great breakfast. The room is very clean. It has comfortable 2 queen beds with lots of soft and comfy pillows. We had an amazing view of the water, mountains and some part of the other city. The best part was, we had the view for the Fireworks. But the only thing is missing is a bedroom sleepers which I guess not expensive to offer to a guests who paid $1300 for only 3 nights. I would recommend this hotel to traveller who won't bring a car . Restaurants and shops are accesscible even the food court has an access from the hotel.

Samantha checked us in and was very helpful and accommodating. Other staff members that we hadn't dealt with remembered us and our situation and we're very helpful. Was really nice to see. Calling after 11pm for some information and assistance wasn't the best but during the day they are. I really disliked the parking situation. You can only pay for valley and it's $30/night. But if you find street parking then it's cheaper or free. Or public underground parking is cheaper.

We reserved 1 King Falls View Suite. I thought we were gonna get 14th floor like that. However, we got 26th floor. It was amazing. View was perfect, nothing blocked both U.S and Canada falls view. Service was good, they were so kind. If I stay Niagara falls again, I’ll decide here.

We stayed for one night to see a dash Berlin and it was very convenient for locatio there's taxis waiting for you they will wave one down if there aren't any waiting and there's all kinda of clubs and restaurants close to shopping and really anything else you could think of everyone was very helpful and polite and the beds were super comfy best sleep Iv had in a while at a hotel!

We booked a room which is facing the fallsview. The view was spectacular where you could see the US falls and Canada Horseshoe falls vividly. The hotel is just minutes walk to the niagara falls and less than 15 minutes walk to the entertainment district. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom was huge and comes with a Jacuzzi bath tub.

Lots of counter space in bathroom and handy lighted, magnifying mirror! Complimentary water bottle was a nice touch. Fun to go to the casino too. Handy to the Canada Line to get to the airport. Or you can take a taxi. No airport shuttle. I would definitely stay here again!

Wew stayed in the Century Plaza Hotel and Spa for 3 nights prior to joining our Alaska cruise. We found the location ideal for access to downtown areas and Canada Place cruise port. An added benefit was that the free shuttle to the Capilano Suspension Bridge starts right outside the door (from Capilano a local bus operates to Grouse Mountain, a short ride further up the road) Our room was very large, comfortable and clean with a kitchen area and the view from the room was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not have time to sample the restaurant or other amenities offered at the hotel but will next visit.

The location, rooms, staff and the indoor parking were all great, however, the breakfast was abysmal with a very limited choice and they don’t have a dishwasher so every plate/knife/fork/cup is made of plastic/polystyrene and gets thrown away. I had read a review that mentioned this before I booked but I didn’t fully comprehend the sheer volume of waste being produced every day - it is unbelievable that anyone can get away with creating that much waste. So, whilst the hotel itself is fine, I can’t recommend it because of its damaging environmental practices.

My husband and I booked a last minute trip to Vancouver and were having a hard time finding an affordable hotel that would be reasonably far from the city center. We went with the Comfort Inn in North Vancouver and were pleased with the accommodations. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room, as well as the hotel itself, is a bit old, but the room was clean and had everything that we needed. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so we were able to easily use public transportation for most of our travel throughout the area.

Nice newly renovated rooms and facilities. Friendly kind staff at reception and restaurant. Very local neighborhood and many eatery places around. 15 minuets wall to the old city. Cheaper self parking option at the front of the hotel for $15. The price of breakfast buffet was high and the variations and quality were mediocre at the best. Recommend to go local bakery or cafe for breakfast. Gym needs weight and more equipment.

It certainly was a pleasure checking in at the Hotel Zero in Montreal. After a very long drive, I was swiftly checked in and made aware of all of the amenities available during my stay. I must give the gentleman checking me in major kudos. I believe his name was Ryan. Hotel Zero is lucky to have him. He switched from french to english without a hiccup and treated everyone with attentive professional service. In my case, since I have never been to Montreal, he spent at least fifteen minutes going over all of the neighborhoods to visit, along with his recommendations for the restaurant and bars in each. In addition to providing me with a map, with his directions included ,he wrote down all of his suggestions on a separate piece of paper. He also engaged other Hotel employees for their advise. Situated across the street from the train staition, this hotel has spacious, up to dale rooms , great staff, lovely breakfast buffet and the best pool ever! Imagine getting into a pool indoors and then go through to an out door pool regardless of the temperature! Float away in the night undrer a starry sky - how unique and magical is that!! You can’t beat the price for the location, lovely hotel rooms and magical pool. Enjoy your experience at the Hotel Bonaventure!

great hotel with fun looking lobby. very close to the old city and china town, and there is a museum right accross the street, which i didn't check out due to time constraints. the rooms are nice and the amenities are very good. staff are fast and friendly. checking in and out was a breeze. overall i am very happy with the experience at the hyatt regency

This is the second time we stayed at Best Western and were around for the Grand prix. The hotel is centrally located and close to night life, major attractions. Great area for shopping and close to train station. Would strongly recommend staying here if you are visiting for 3-4 days, cause it is clsoe to everything.

The hotel went through a recent major renovation and we give it rave reviews. We are in Toronto often and have always stayed elsewhere. We think that is about to change. the hotel is really close to downtown. it is 23 minutes walk or 3 minutes car drive. hotel is also accessible to bus route. the hotel room that we got has a city view. the room is so clean and quiet. could use some more room for curtain as we cant close our curtain blind. hotel staffs are so nice. they also have an underground parking, you can pay at the reception (we paid approx $23 for the overnight parking until 3 pm tax not yet included) you can also order taxi cab thru the reception desk and they will be there within 10 minutes. i remember we only paid $8 for taxi going to alexander keith's. will definitely book in this hotel again!

Hotel room was very clean. Staff was very nice. For entertainment, you can cast Netflix or YouTube from your phone to the hotel TV.

I was with a group of twelve people who stayed overnight at the Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel. We were all pleased with our rooms and the lovely views of the Detroit River skyline that we could view from our windows. Our rooms were clean and supplied with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had enough variety to meet the usual breakfast requirements. We never felt rushed during our meal and were pleased that a server stopped by to refill our coffee cups on several occasions. The check-in process seemed somewhat confusing. Everyone had booked online so the hotel had the necessary information about each person; however, service was slow because everyone had to give information all over again. Usually all that is required is verification of the credit card but the process used at this hotel was a rebooking process that caused a long wait for everyone.

Had a pleasure stay in the hotel. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are all so good. Regular size blow dryer. Nice and comfy bed. Adequate lights. Bacon Mac and Cheese is the best M&C I've had by far! Please don't change the recipe, people will be coming back for that. Your gravy on your poutine is also good!!!!!!

I've stayed at this hotel before and didn't have any issues with the staff. This year I was bumped to an earlier flight and when I arrived I called to see if they had any rooms available similar to the one I booked. I wasn't given an option to upgrade. I was only given the option to wait until 3pm checkin or pay a $50 early check in fee. I declined because this fee wasn't mentioned on hotels.com or Agoda.com. Thank goodness for my friends coming by and saving me after I waited an hour and a half.

Some reviews I read criticized the area. So glad I ignored them. Nice quiet area only a five minute walk to the main shopping centre. Also walking distance to the food market which was great. Friendly staff with complementary town car. Chocolate strawberries were a nice touch for my wife's birthday. The room was a nice design although not overly large. The included breakfast was above average.The best part of the hotel was the two-storey room with indoor pool (warm) & spa. Also the two rooftop spas were amazing To relax there at night after a long days sightseeing & watch a huge projection screen was sooo good. An added bonus was that the pool & spas were open till late at night,unlike many hotels.Highly recommended!

This was my 3rd time staying at the Hyatt. I do have to say the quality of the hotel has decreased since my previous stays. We booked a 2 queen bedroom and because they couldn't keep up with cleaning they were trying to offer us double beds. The pool was full of children splashing, I have kids myself but I would never take them to a hotel like this, it was a bit obnoxious to be honest. No garbage's anywhere, people just left their empty beer cans and water bottles all over the pool decks, but there was no garbage in site. A bit disappointing compared to my previous stay the quality of this hotel has gone down.

Congrats to all Trump International Hotel's staff. You are the best! From the check-in to the check-out, everything was perfect. The cleanliness was spotless, the guys from valet were extremely efficient and friendly and of front-desk were very thoughtful.

We met our friends in town (we are from out of town as well) for a night in the city. The hotel was comfortable, clean and a great location to everything. The next day we had a board meeting just 1/2 a block away (we had no idea when we booked how close it was). Everything with the check in and check out was efficient and easy. Would stay again in heartbeat.
