Nothing to complain about here. The usual good standard Radisson hotel. Very professional and helpful staff. Comfortable room. The hotel is a fair way from the centre of Bogota but it is a good safe area. no worries walking about at night. There is an excellent restaurant/pub area a short walk away. It is to the left side of the Santa Barbara shopping mall across the main road.

It is a very nice boutique hotel, located in most safe and prestige suburban, a lot good restaurants surrounding ,it is a best area of Bogota. Front desk Manager Serbto Gil was very help full ,he according the time I stay in Bogota and design a routes to tour in Bogota.He recommend a driver Miguel take me around all the tourist spots, it is very efficient and convenient.Also the staff Jose and restaurant Norma and Angela all very friendly and helpful.I high recommend E K Hotel to some one travel Bogota to stay in this hotel, good value, good facilities, and very cleaning.

One of the worst for me. I travel the world. The hotel has 2 buildings the new one and the old one. I was dumped by some nasty clerk in the old building. She gave ma hard time to register, She was as nasty as you ever will find some one. She said I missed my reservation. I had paid for 3 nights prepaid.I reserved the new hotel. She dumped me in the old hotel and gave me the worst room. Nasty room, dirty, old, broken tiles, mildew in the bathroom, one tiny balcony looking and some noisy people plying tennis??? the service was poor. The food non descriptible. I got the rotten deal. The only good thing is the hotel is close to the airport 5 minutes by taxi or bus. They took me to the airport for free!!!!

Fantastic little hotel about 15 min walk from the walled city. This really is an amazing hidden gem about 5-10 min walk from the walled city. Location was great, the 'grounds' of the hotel were lovely and the traditional feel of the rooms was a nice touch. Really loved it here and cannot wait to go back.

We have stayed in hotels al over the world and the staff at this hotel were the best we have ever encountered, very friendly and service oriented. It is a charming, traditional hotel in an excellent location within the historic centre of the city. The small rooftop pool and bar are delightful. There is a small gym with aerobic equpment but no weights. The beds are large and extremely comfortable.

I am an American Gringo from Florida and my Fiancee is from Bogota, Columbia. We wanted the 2017 Christmas and New Year's to be very memorable. The Diez Hotel added to our Wonderful time. We found the Mountain view from our room to be absolutely breathtaking. Our room #522 was clean, modern and functional. The free breakfast was very good with many things to chose from. The location is the absolute best, since you can walk to many restaurants, , shops, bars, clubs, and the Shopping Mall. Thank you DIEZ Hotel, we will definitely be back.!!!

It was a fantastic place for us to celebrate our 40 years wedding anniversary. The rooms are very well furnished, the breakfast is delicious and the people were very very nice with us.

I happened to have upgraded room while I was staying there as my booked room was pretty standard. I ended up with larger room which has double vitrages so that I could sleep longer without being waken up by the sun. When you experienced long distance trip, you really need a double vitrages room to allow you sleep overcoming your jetlag. Other than that, i do expect the hotel can hire more staffs who are able to speak English and provide coffee/tea maker in the room so that guests can help rejuvenate themselves after long journey and or long activities outside the hotel. I would recommend visitors to stay to this hotel, it's small hotel...but it's quite convinient.

It was great. Staff was super helpful and polite. They went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The building itself is incredible. Beautiful courtyard with gardens and huge high ceiling rooms. All is a bit outdated but I think that added to the 'Old World' feel. One issue were the plug air refreshers. Either take them out or replace with aromatic natural oils.

We booked this hotel because it was a late trip and very few options were available. The room is nice and the staff is very professional and helpful. The location is also great. However, once we went around we realised that we could have booked a much better boutique hotel and around the same price. Probably with a pool and other facilities.

Pros: location, nice clean rooms, restaurant had decent food and included buffet breakfast. Cons: none really. Although it was listed as 5 star it definitely wasn’t actually a legit 5 star. It was a solid 3.5 I’d say. You simply cannot have a 5 star for under a couple hundred dollars a night, and this hotel was around $60

The room we stayed in is clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is situated in a great location (within less than a minute walk to the main strip) but far enough from the noise. Staff members are polite and helpful with any requests. Included breakfast was amongst the best we’ve had on the trip.

The hotel lies in a really pretty area of the city, which looks a bit like something out of Europe. It is beautifully designed and the rooms are very spacious. The hotel staff is very helpful and assisted us in any way imaginable. The breakfast is delicious (the croissants are better than in Europe) and there's enough food to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay at BOG, definitely recommended.

We had a overnight stay in this grand old building. We had a lovely sauna, spa, steam bath and swim. Look at th epics, this building offers a romantic image of another time. The restaurant served the best food I had in my 8 days in Bogota! This hotel is in the middle of the old historical city and we had a great time looking into the little ally ways and little restaurants and shops. The city square is a short walk away. In the evening the area is pretty quite and not encouraging for walks, but the hotel has a bar and great restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our condo was terrific - great terrace with wonderful view of the lake and "the rock". No complaints there. We arrived on a Tuesday and restaurant/check in was very crowded. Had to wait until 3 to check in. The reception is at the bar in the restaurant. Later when we called to make reservations in the restaurant we were told it was a holiday and the restaurant was closed. We had to get a transport into town for dinner. We were there 2 nights and never really saw anyone else at other condos. There were only one or two cars in the parking lot each day. We had a telephone number to call when we wanted transport to town. The couple staff that we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. While we enjoyed our surroundings, the place had the feel of emptiness. I am not sure the restaurant was open during our stay, we did not check it out as we bought groceries and ate in. Felt like no one was around except fellows taking care of the grounds. Not bad, just different

We enjoyed our stay at the Park 10. It is in a very good location in close walking distance from some great restaurants (eg, Carmen). The staff were all very nice and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I feel the hotel is a little dated and the rooms are probably due for a refurbishment but overall a nice stay.

They try to take advantage of you in any possible way. They gave me wrong informations on the transfer time to the airport: plane missed. The hotel is much more expensive than what it offers. The pool is minimal the breakfast too

Pro: Big, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and let us borrow beach towels for a day. Location was good.. right between the charm of old walled city and food and nigjtlife in getsemeni. Fresh fruits and water in lobby. Breakfast was great with many options. Noon Checkout was appreciated Cons: Wanted to book a day trip to Rosario islands and went to the front desk and the person made a call on his cell and passed it to me to speak with someone we could barely understand. We didn’t get anywhere so I had to walk to a travel stand to book a trip which was harder since they also didn’t speak English. That Wasn’t 4* service. Our shampoo and conditioners were never replaced. Pool isn’t that inviting..only a few seats and tiny. Not a spot we wanted to grab a drink on unlike other roofs we stayed at in Colombia.. overall clean and good stay

During my visit to Medellin, I stayed at the Binn Hotel for just under two weeks. The hotel is quite central to most attractions and hot spots. Part of my package was free breakfast and wifi which made this a really great deal. Overall it's a very new hotel and very clean. It's well staffed so response times are great for room service, cleaning and over maintenance of the facility. The gym is great and there is a hot tub which has a spectacular view! Management at the hotel is very customer focused and attentive to your needs and customer satisfaction. I'd recommend considering this hotel if you are planning a trip to Medellin...it's the perfect balance of luxury, cost and convenience.

We stayed as a couple before our wedding. We had four rooms booked in the hotel. Although there was some confusion with the booking before we arrived everything was fine once we were in Cartagena. The hotel helped with dry cleaning and transfers from the airport for our family. Everyone was very happy with their rooms and the breakfast next to the swimming pool on the roof was very nice. We would stay here again.

Facilities are modern & clean. The staff is very helpful for whatever you need and there is usually at least one staff member at the desk who speaks English. Breakfast and coffee are delicious as well as dinner. It was a taxi ride from the town square, but I was still very pleased since there was some shopping close by.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in! The hotel room was beautifully done with extremely comfortable beds and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The only downside was the TV didn't have many channels in English and we couldn't plug our external hard drive in to it but we coped fine. The staff are exceptional, they are very friendly and couldn't be more helpful and enjoyable to be around. Any issues were dealt with quickly and most food and drink items that we asked for they would get for us. The only downside to our trip was that we arrived at 5am and there were no rooms available (partially our fault) and we had to wait in the lobby which was extremely cold until we went out in the morning. However the staff did offer us coffee and probably would have given us a blanket if we had asked. In spite of this I love this hotel and couldn't recommend it any higher. If I was to ever return to Bogota I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Good hotel, good breakfast buffet. Nice gym and pool. Limited fine dining in hotel, but restaurants nearby. Staff very polite and helpful. Very clean. Recommended.

Third time I stay in this hotel, which I consider the best value for money in the T area. Just breakfast could be improved (needs more variety) and room is breakfast room is cold.
