I had a very good stay at this hotel! Excellent at such a good price! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They changed my room for a better one when there was availability. Took care of my suitcase even after checkout, and would even hold it when I moved over to a shared room at a hostel. I highly recommend.

The staff was amazing, location fantastic, and the accommodations were comfortable and gorgeous. We will stay there again if we ever get to Ireland! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was an awesome spot to stay in Dublin. You can take the airlink bus from the airport here, or a taxi. They allowed us early check in as our room was ready. The staff members were all extremely knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to answer our questions and help plan activities. Our room was clean and comfortable. You have to pay for breakfast but the continental option is full of filling and delicious foods. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is at the end of Tenple Bar, where you can listen to music all night long and have a short stumble home. Trinity College is around the corner and plenty of shops are too. Highly suggest this hotel to stay!

My wife and I had an early flight out of Dublin, so we decided to stay somewhere close to the airport just to be safe. We rented a car the day before our flight, drove all over southern Ireland, and decided to check-in to the hotel first, then drop off the rental. It took us an hour and a half to find the hotel. The hotel is out of the way a bit, bu once we got there, everybody was so helpful to cater to our needs. They helped us drop off the car and take us back to the hotel at 11:30pm. Great service!!

we booked in the hotel actually because i only started looking at hotels one week before and the prices for other hotels seemed to be both huge and not available. but we got a good deal and it seemed to be close to town. i really was pleasantly surprised - you can walk to grafton street in 5 minutes and to st. stephen's green. in fact we did a loop in the afternoon up grafton, past trinity and temple bar and back to the hotel. the check-in was nice and fast with good service from the staff who booked us a quick taxi to the airport and gave us tips on where to go. would definitely return.

I was very excited about this hotel and traveling to Ireland with my elderly parents. I was REALLY excited about the hotel. I chose a large room that had a king size bed and a fold out sleeper sofa, but for some reason Agoda or Trinity City Hotel charged an additional $35 a night for a 3rd person because that room was supposed to be for 2 people though it was quite large as an Executive Suite at 40 square meters. I was very upset when I discovered we had to climb over 25 stairs to get to it, and it had a LARGE bathtub you had to step into, which is not possible for my parents. I appreciate the hotel accommodating me to find me a different room that my parents were able to use. It was a LOT smaller but I personally preferred the decoration and style of the newer room. The buffet breakfast isn't that great or worth the price; you can eat at a local diner around the corner. The bar and lobby are worth spending time in. Great location and easy to get to the airport.

We came off a trip of 10 nights in 5-star hotels throughout Ireland and had a few days on our own in Dublin. We wanted to be close enough to city center to walk to locations of interest without being overcharged for sleeping quarters. The man in reception was so very friendly, welcoming and accommodating of our every need. When we got to our rooms, they were simply but fully furnished; we immediately liked being there and were so happy with our choice. We explored the pub, and found a beautiful local Irish experience that was a perfect base to start and end our daily excursions. All staff encountered in the hotel and pub were so friendly and accommodating. The taxi to the airport was prompt (early) and the driver was so informative and friendly, with a very reasonable flat rate. We loved the experience, and would definitely return there.

We only stayed there for two nights as it was a weekend getaway but it was a great stay nonetheless. The location makes places like St. Stephen's Green accessible with a 5 minute walk. Located on a canal in a local part of town, you don't have to worry about the noise or experience the hustle and bustle of city centre traffic or tourists. We walked everywhere from here, the Guinness Storehouse being the furthest attraction 30 minutes away. The hotel size was perfect, it's small enough for the staff to seem genuine and personal whilst attending to your needs, and big enough to get the amenities and facilities of a 4-star Hilton hotel. For the price of £80/night with the breakfast buffet included, you really can't go wrong.

Very central location great staff and the breakfast was great. I won't be booking through Agoda again as I had to cancel one night and found it very difficult to do this because their automated phone service didn't work properly. I was charged a cancellation fee when I eventually cancelled on the website. Better to book direct as the hotel has a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Great hotel, in a good location just outside of the town centre. Area surrounding has recently been redeveloped with modern glass buildings meeting the historic Ireland. Realistically taxi required to go into the main areas such as temple bar.

I stay at this hotel on the 28th 12th 2015. At about 3am the alarms had been set off by some one that was staying at the hotel. (Out off badness )The manager that was on duty took my call and gave his deepest apology And said he would call me back as soon as he dealt with the issues . He did call back. And offer to extend my stay and a away off apology from the hotel. I was very empress with this young man going out off his way to keep his clients happy. I am a manager off the Hilton group and was happy this had occurred on my stay so I could see how our staff deal with issues like this. So all in all I was more that happy to report back that the hotel employees have every thing in hand . Well done to them . Mr David Darby (MD Hilton Group)

Could not have asked for a better location for us (taxi stand across the street, bus right on the corner) It was close enough to everything we wanted to do and the staff was fantastic. Great hot water, rooms were nice and roomy with great lighting. Bed was super comfy as was the room temperature. Will definitely stay there again when traveling to Ireland

No regrets choosing Jury's Inn Custom House. Checkin process was fast despite receiving 3 coaches of tourists just before we arrived. We got a room with the view of the River Liffey which was great. The location is the best thing about this hotel. The HopIn Hopoff bus and the Airport Shuttle bus stops right in front. It's located just north of the river (quieter) but on a good day, is walking distance (cross the pedestrian bridge) to the more busy areas south of the river. From there, we had walked to Temple Bar, to the shopping areas and also to the Trinity College. Keeping north of the river, we walked to O'Connel Street where it;s a lot busier with shops and restaurants. The immediate area around the hotel is quiet (that's how we like it) as it's surrounded by a gallery and also office complexes. The room is clean and has coffee/tea making facilities. But there's no safe or minibar in the room. There's vending machines on some floors but we had to go to the ground floor to get ice. The bed is comfortable although I found the pillows to be too soft but it's nothing to complain about. The buffet breakfast is adequate although smaller than the ones you find in Asian hotels. We didn't eat there every morning though since we wanted to explore other options outside. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Pros: - close to town - walking distance to everything - very modern and clean, quite cool fit out - cool bar area with pool tables - clean beds with power points Cons: - no communal kitchen, so you can’t prepare/store your own food. Must purchase from onsite restaurant at regular prices (no discount for staying there) - staff won’t store luggage, you need to pay to store in lockers downstairs. They wouldn’t even hold it a few hours while we waited to check in, as check in wasn’t until 2pm. So we had to pay to store our bags twice - upon check in and checkout. Found this a bit odd and off putting when all hostels and most hotels provide this service FOC - bathrooms for girls and boys are not on every floor. You may need to go up/down a level to access a bathroom to shower or toilet

I have worked in hotels and also stayed in many hotels of varying types. I received the BEST service ever at the Royal Marine. There are also good restaurants in the hotel. A lovely pool (select ours for kids though). It is centrally located close to public transport, shopping, restaurants and the dun Laoghaire sea front. This was by far one of the best travel experiences I ever had. One issue is the fact that the rooms do not have wi if but apparently this is being installed soon. The lifts(elevators) take a little getting used and I really disliked the shampoo they provide (bring your own). I also found it odd that for a five day stay the housekeeper gave me a new soap every day, throwing the old one out...that seems like a waste of money to me. i would have happily used it until it was gone! None of this detracts from the excellent staff and lovely rooms! I would say to management well done!

We recently toured Ireland and chose Dublin as our final stop. We opted to stay at the Gresham without reading any reviews, but based merely on location preference and standards of service as advertised by the hotel. We always prefer to stay at hotels that can offer high quality room service, fine breakfast, laundry facilities, wireless internet, 24-hour reception and all combined in an easily accessible location or with on-site parking facilities. Our experience from our stay at The Gresham surpassed our expectations by far. We enjoyed a particularly high standard of cleanliness and tidiness not just inside our room but in all common areas of the hotel. Part of the premises was undergoing refurbishment, but we faced no disruption at all and our access to all areas of the hotel was very easy. The hotel is one of the most central and historic buildings in the city and if anyone wants to be environmental friendly and use public transport from the airport, the airport bus has a stop right at the door step. The hotel offers rooms with stunning views over the main avenue of the city, for those who like people watching, but we were given the option to get a room at the back, in the quieter wing of the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful, welcoming and kind. They even went the extra-mile and offered us to print our boarding passes free, even before we asked them. The breakfast experience met the highest standards of quality, variety and style. We enjoyed great service at the bar and café areas were we had a lovely afternoon tea overlooking the main avenue of the city in stylish surroundings. It is commendable that the hotel seems both family friendly and gay friendly. We were particularly impressed by the value for money that this hotel offered and would definitely recommend it to all our friends and relatives. We are considering it as part of our next anniversary trip.

The Hotel is right in the centre of Dublin. The staff is exceptionally professional. A special mention goes to Mr Ali (Duty Manager) who took great interest to see that an issue which cropped up (not out of the hotel's fault) would be settled to our satisfaction. He succeeded. Front officer (Elise) was also particularly caring to our needs. Cleanliness is second to none and the decor is attractive. the only negative points I can mention are the noise emanating from establishments close by and the costly and difficult to find parking . I would not recommend hiring a car for Dublin. I have found Dublin to be too expensive and over hyped contrary to the rest of magnificent Ireland.

We arrived late afternoon and fortunately 'beat the check-in queue'. Our room was quite large and well appointed. The weather was quite windy and we were kept awake with the sound of the wind on the windows. Perhaps this is a normal weather pattern for Dublin Airport. We had planned to have a quiet meal to end off our holiday in Ireland; however the only meal service available was in a large and quite noisy bar area; however food was quite good and service excellent.

I'm traveling solo and had booked a double room thinking it ensured a room t the front of the house, it did not. But they were flexible and gave me an ensure large single room at the front of the house with the view of the Rusheen Bay I had wanted. Nice breakfast and very clean facilities. Only con is it is off a main road so there is a little bit of traffic noise, but this also makes it easy to locate.

The hotel was very nice and what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The bed and amenities were good quality. The 110v outlets in the room was a plus. On the negative side, none of the rooms really have a view due to the hotel's orientation and its proximity with other buildings. The doors to all of the rooms seems to shut very hard, making it somewhat loud. Definitely bring ear plugs. Finally, while the location was not too bad, we wish it had been on the north side of St Stephen's green, making it closer to Grafton Street and the Temple Bar district. At night, St Stephen's green is gated closed, requiring us to walk around the entire park to get back to the hotel. I would still definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a mini break at Moyvalley and were very impressed with the Beauty of the area, the helpfulness of the staff and the lovely breakfast. Not a lot to do for kids unless they are interested in golf. If the kids were a bit older we would probably have got bicycles, which were provided if wanted free of charge, and would’ve cycled around the park area of the hotel. We had a very relaxing stay. When we arrived we were to have 2 hotel rooms but were upgraded to a beautiful 2 bed cottage which was excellent for us as a family. All in all I would definitely return to Moyvalley. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best we’ve been to. Really good food and excellent service

So first off the 'idea' is great, and a very good solution for families who wish to holiday in Ireland, BUT... The hotel is shabby and old and smelly. The duvet covers were ripped revealing horrible duvet underneath. The carpets are thread worn. The main foyer banister is old and worn and sticky! The pool had a lot of bits floating in it. And even though the weather wasn't great while we were there, the rooms were baking hot. It sounds like we didn't have a good time, but we did! It's just the hotel is no where near being a 'luxorious four star hotel' that they advertise. It's grubby and needs a good clean and lick of paint. Also no fridges provided as standard in the bedrooms, which is silly when you have young children that snack constantly on dairy foods! I'm not sure we shall be hurrying back.

Absolute friendly & more than helpful staff,,very clean and comfortable rooms with a very quick & reliable room service,,breakfast was great,plenty on offer,a very well equipped gym,there was plenty of parking and over all a great stay,,thank you very much

Just take note the rail is just behind the hotel and can be really annoying to sleep if you are trying to get some, mattress and pillow are perhaps budget types so take note as well.

Booked two rooms in Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown as a family of four. All our requests were met, which we were very impressed with. Would recommend this hotel with no reservations at all.

Last night in Dublin and found this hostel on the cheap, thought I was going to sleep in and have an easy night...until I met my roommates and I was convinced to go out, it was a blast!!
