Centrally located, very clean and well-managed with a hearty breakfast and good value for money. My recently-renovated single room was on the small side, but adequate for a short stay and the staff were very pleasant. Be prepared for a muezzin wake-up call - the place is right next to the main mosque!

Very nice staff. Clean room, lots of blankets to stay cozy, with tea and coffee in the room. Quiet street and close to many restaurants and shopping. I was very happy at this guesthouse.

Fair prices and good location. Not as luxurious as Swiss Diamond Hotel but you get what you pay for. Would recommend if only you are staying more than a week. Watch out for the restaurant at the top floor! They use too much salt in their dishes!

Found hair in the bed linen and room smelled of smoke. Checked out a day early as there had to be better places. At a pinch a place to crash if you find yourself stuck for a night in Pristina, wifi worked but no a/c. I wouldn't let a friend stay here.

Really nice staff at the hotel and restaurant. It's in the perfect location (2 mins to Shatervan fountain) to explore Prizren. Room is ok, with minibar and very impressive power shower. The staff really make this place, really helpful and friendly.

Only stayed for 1 night before heading out to Prizren. Location was the best- nxt to main walking st w/ all shops & resto and within 10-20 mins walk to all attractions.

Con: - We read the reference complaining about the bathroom. When we got there, the bathroom was not yet fixed. Once you use basin for a while, water leaks from the wall and you will get flood all over the bathroom floor. When I talked about this to the host, he introduced me a lot smaller room. Nobody would take downgraded room. So we stayed in the room with problematic bathroom. It was ok as the water did not come into the room. - wi-fi signal was too weak in the room - It is too cold to use swimming pool, so we could not use it. - The city center is too far to walk and there is nothing around the hotel. Pro - Room was spacious and clean - Parking space was also spacious right in front of the property.

The location is perfect as a base for walking through Kosovo. Across a mini supermarket, bakery and in a safe location. Room is large with adequate amenities. Very clean room and bath. Breakfast was really good! We were there in Nov'16 for a night and it was a really pleasant stay. The staff were all wonderful and helpful!

At arrival the hotel did not recognize our reservation and advance payment through Agoda. Nevertheless we have taken the room upon agreement that they try to reach Agoda and sort things out (or worst case scenario I pay in cash and get a refund from Agoda later). The staff did not speak English well and did not seem really helpful to solve the problem. The day of our check-out the hotel still haven't contacted Agoda and the staff at the reception hardly spoke any English to help the situation. I ended up paying in cash, it took them almost 15 minutes (!) of making calls and running around, eventually to a nearby store to get 10 Euros change. The room was horrible. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the shower head was broken and everything had a really dirty feeling overall. The room only had 2 power outlets which were behind the TV cabinet making charging our devices very difficult. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was really poor, clearly the cheapest ingredients they could find, and included no coffee or tea, just a really cheap juice to drink. If you stay in Pristina I recommend to look elsewhere.

Overall the stay is a wonderful experience. I’ll recommend this family-run hostel to travelers who don’t fancy a young backpacker vibe but just wanna have a warm place to sleep. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and well-equipped. I stayed in the dormitory room, which, unlike most dorm rooms with bunk, has two single beds and a double one. I find it very cosy but those who needs more privacy may take it into consideration. Plus the room is by the street so some might find the noise at night annoying. You can’t find the hostel on google maps but it’s near the center, on the top of a hill. You may locate the restaurant Tavena Greke, from which the hostel is just few walks away. Keep walking and you’ll find it behind a super market.

The staff were especially helpful and thoughtful of my needs. The breakfast of 2 two egg omelets plus other stuff was generous. The hotel is located walking distance to any place close to the city center. A taxi stall is just out the door.

This hotel is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Prishtina. It is a very authentic neighborhood. Very clean. Staff was very professional and helpful. They accommodated me with all requests. Best views of the city.

The hotel is so-so but is far from the city centre and is lacking in atmosphere. There were few people staying in the hotel when I visited and it felt cold and characterless. The staff are friendly enough but the hotel is far from being a 5-star hotel in the usual sense of the word. The rooms are fairly basic and there was a musty smell along the corridor. One good thing is the restaurant on the 5th floor - it gives a very good view and the food is pretty good. But all in all, I would not recommend this hotel highly.

The stay was fine. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. You need to take a taxy to reach the centre or the Airport. Do no t expect much from the hotel restaurant...

after all the chaos in and around Pristina this extraordinary design hotel was an unexpected and superb surprise. The Architect placed stunning design, swimming pool and modern comfort into the landscape some 6 km from Pristina City centre. The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful in all aspects (Taxi to Prisitina centre for 5 EUR, very good restaurant recommendation, nice proposals for cycling and jogging) Good after-work leisure possibilities (nice pool and garden, fitness area, running trails around the hotel) Healthy and varied breakfast buffet!! I would definitely seek to come here again to have some nice holiday moments when working in Pristina.

A very good small hotel. There is a small reception area and small dining room which is for breakfast only, it's not equipped for other meals, snacks or drinks. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. Our room was a good size and absolutely spotlessly clean with fast WiFi, satellite TV and effective air conditioning. And while the bed may be hard for some I really like modern hard foam mattresses and had a great sleep with no noise evident from the street below. Breakfast was a set single course of fried egg, sausage meat, tomato, cheeses, jam, honey, butter and bread with tea and coffee. Certainly sufficient for a good start to the day. Recommended as a city centre comfortable easy stay.

This hotel was a very pleasant place to stay for 2 nights. The staff were all friendly and the room was huge. Decorations were nice, not particularly modern, but everything was clean and functional. Breakfast/coffee were included in our rate and were excellent, served on the beautiful patio restaurant overlooking the city. Hotel entrance is a little strange, up the slowest elevator into the world inside a mixed used retail/apartment building, but it was still very functional. The internet went out for 24 hours during our stay but the staff were communicative and made every effort to fix it immediately, which they eventually did. I would definitely stay here again for the solid accommodations and great central location.

The staff were extremely friendly (always smile & surprised us with welcoming treats: local desserts & orange), the location is the best you can get in Prizren (very central, walking distance to all attractions, near to shops/cafe) and the room, masyaAllah, very clean, tidy, classic deco. Prizren is the best place to visit when in Kosovo. And this hotel is the best place to stay when in Prizren. Definitely will come back to Prizren & stay at this hotel!

The owner was really nice and helped us figure out a lot of things. The staff went above and beyond!

Nxt to the river and close to everything. Noise from cars can be loud at night. Broken window curtain and no curtain in shower area. Just think it should be bit cheaper.

No heat in room, tv did not work, toilet leaked we were so cold we slept clothed! Food and service staff were really good although expensive by Kosovo standards.
