Staff were really helpful. Location is central and close to everything you need. Breakfast/restaurant staff, Ibrahim (front desk) and Sid Ahmed (navette driver) were particularly nice and helpful. Nice restaurant views!

I tried contacting the hotel before my stay to arrange an airport pick up. Twice via email found on their website. rejected both times Twice via their contact form on their website. never heard back i then called to arrange the pick up which was confirmed for 500 Ougayas (about $12). i arrived at the airport, except my ride was not there. i called the hotel, they told me to take a taxi. the taxi charged me $35. i arrived at the hotel tired and frustrated. i was expecting the hotel to pay and apologize. did not happen. then everything else did not work. the key did not work towels were missing in the room water was missing in the room also, there is a security issue, with the hotel using motion detectors for the lights. there was a delay in the lights turning on, they turned off quickly, and my door to the room was in an alcove, meaning when someone knocked on the door, they were completely darkened in the alcove since there was no light. very uncomfortable.
