Throughly enjoyed our stay. Location was a 3 min walk to a moped rental place which we rented and rode around the island. Enjoyed dinner buffet at the World Cafe 2 nights. Price was is great for a remote island location and included beer and wine. Hotel grounds were clean. Room had some wear & tear but generally clean and nice. Air Con didn't get cool enough, that's our only complaint. Also wi-fi signal not strong enough for room, needed to go to the lobby. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect for me and my family. All the services were great and it was a great place to stay as well. Very near to enjoy the northern part of the island. Most of the activities were very near by the hotel. But, personally, BBQ (extra choices that I made with) was not very satisfying. Seafood was very salty and the condition of seafood was not so great compared to the price that I had to pay with.

Two things to mention 1. Make sure you book a room at one of the new two towers because the lobby section of rooms are outdated and have terrible beds but they are less expensive 2. Breakfast is not included but you can eat at one of the on site restaurants one has buffet style it’s very good

Less than 1 minute walk to shopping. Located right across the star sand plaza, aka I Love Saipan shop. Also DFS mall and ABC store are in walking distance. Joeten mart is close, too. On top of that, as you can see in the map, about 5 minutes walk to the beach through Piesta resort. Bubba Gump restaurant is at the 1st floor. indoor parking lot in the back of the building sharing with the restaurant. Although a huge construction site was active during my stay, I couldn't hear a noise in the hotel room. But the hotel is located along the street so there was some road noise such as police siren sometimes. The building was brand-new. I liked the facility. Safe elevator with electronic key to select only your floor. The room had independent air conditioner, hairdrier, tv, refrigerator and safebox. Like all other hotels, daily sized amenity was provided such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable razor, haircap, and toothbrush (with small paste). But be aware that there is no swimming pool or gym, which I didn't want in exchange of the value of money. Staff was very helpful and very kind alway. Lobby area was small but not crowded. Overall, I recommand this hotel unless you need a resort. Great for going tours during the day, and shopping in the evenning around the walking distance.

I was moved from kensington hotel. Specifically, Building interior is luxurious and restaurant service is interesting. (staff performance) . Breakfast,lunch,BBQ dinner was perfect. I'd be willing to recomend to freinds. But when i check out some point was made feel bad. I was charge to my room for drinks at the bar. But receptionist dosen't told me about payment. so I was ask to her. She doen't check to bar and just said you don't have to pay with wire look. So I requested to check. After a while , she gave invoice to me silently. I understand make mistake. But I dont understand receptionist's behavior.

When we booked this hotel we were a bit worried as it was not close to the main part of the island but it turned out to be well worth the risk. The hotel is a bit dated but most the island is i would say on par or better with all the other hotels. the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful to both myself(Canadian) and my wife (Korean). The beach at the resort had crystal clear water and you can rent snorkels(free) from the resort to see the fish and the WW2 tank in the water! They have a shuttle that takes you into the city and back for free every hour. we went to other beaches and though they were pretty the resort beach had the best water we found. The resort was very family friendly and lots of things do do if you are on the fence about this resort and another stay here even if it is a little more expensive you wont regret it. If you want food or drinks and dont want to go into the "city" there is a mart a 2 minute walk away!

Christmas there was excellent. It is not cheap but you expect that at Xmas. I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff were and how they accomodated an early check in after a very early flight. My only gripe was that one of the set xmas menus we were miss informed about the price and then when we tried another of the restaurants at the hotel it was fully booked. This however was not sufficient to make me not want to go again.

The location is a stunning view of the ocean pacific with the best golf course of the island. Food and staff are good and you can surely like a place like that if you want to be in peace and out from the center life style.

Nice city hotel, kind of motel like, good alternative away from the Beach resorts, less cost, walking distance to the American Memorial Park, most of the key restaurants, Hard Rock, a couple of the larger beach resorts on the island, easy access via car to other areas on the island, free shuttle to a nearby resort beach...although could also just walk, free parking, really nice staff. Rooms are nice with all of the expected appointments and clean. If you want to stay close-in, their is Shirley's, one of the best diner type establishments in the Marianas right in the lobby, there is also a bar out back, although we didn't need to try it.

Very friendly staff, from the helpful receptionists to the room service lady. The room/apartment we stayed in was very spacious and the view was simply amazing. Waking up to that every morning was a treat. You cannot expect 4-star facilities in this hotel (as there are none), but if you focus on the room, you'll get your money's worth.

We were looking to stay near the airport before our departure and felt lucky about our choice. The location is excellent, near the airport, two supermarkets, 360 degree rotating restaurant and a number of other resorts (Century and Kanoa) so you can get the services you need while trying a different option from Garapan (the de facto town centre). The staff are great - offered us helpful advice regarding sightseeing, gave us extra towels for our trips to the beach, and allowed us to shower after our day at Managaha (having already checked out). The staff can also help you find drivers who offer very reasonable quotes (much better than taxis). I would definitely recommend this place to budget-conscious travellers who are also looking for great service and clean environment. As a side note, the staff are mainly Chinese and quite plugged into the local community (apparently there are now a lot more Chinese on the island than any other ethnicities). 服务非常棒！管理者是东北人儿，实在又有人情味。给我们很多好的建议，并且给我们提供了多余的毛巾（可以带到海边去），还帮我们联系了司机带我们转了不少地方（比雇的士划算多了）。让人在异乡也感到了祖国的温暖，大力推荐！

good living environment with beautiful design. clean and comfortable. a lot cheaper than the so called five star hotel but worth staying more here.

No swimming pool. Located in the heart of Garapan Is not a fancy hotel but very convenient to stay. Good only if you are looking to sleep and relax. Bathroom is very clean

At first I was surprised at the condition of the room and hotel. For the price, I was expecting spare accommodations, but clean and orderly. Instead, the hotel was cluttered and in a state of semi-disrepair, my room had holes in the ceiling, the grout in the bathroom was dark, and it was very loud every night until about midnight due to staff and guests yelling across the hotel at each other (not in anger, just to communicate; sleep with earplugs). However, facilities across the island are in a similar state, so I concluded that accommodations are simply more expensive than in your average first world, continental destination. In the end, my linens were clean, I never saw vermin or insects in my room, the manager is a very nice lady, and the location of this hotel cannot be beat (right in the heart of the largest city, close to bars/ restaurants, and one of the best beaches on the island). Finally, brunch at the nearby Hyatt Regency is delightful.

As soon as she arrived at the hotel, she welcomed us and helped us carry heavy loads.There was no elevator, but it was not a big problem.The bedding and towels were both clean and the bathroom was clean.It was good that 3 children and 2 adults were not enough to stay and the city was close.When I checked out, a kind uncle told me about a popular spot and it helped me a lot.

Later we asked for an upgrade to Ocean View and after a while and with the manager’s approval we were given the Ocean View with 2 bed rooms. Due to the numbers of vacant rooms available but seldom being occupied, rooms need improvement and better maintenance. Aircon was leaking and pool of water on the living room carpet due to the leaks. Again they change room for us and there was also a leak on the aircon. Immediately the aircon technician was there to repair it. Overall the staffs were friendly and helpful. Will return and only resort with better facilities. Again I must stressed due to limited visitors in the islands and limited numbers of employee, bussinesses were slower as compare to other bigger islands near by.

Airport taxi driver doesn't know where this hotel is, because it's newrly opened. So you should help her/him to find the way. Room is quite small, but clean and nice. The beach is 3 minutes by walk from hotel, and beautiful and calm. I truly recommend this beach if you want less people than Micro beach. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed having a drink during happy hour at the restaurant 'Surf Club'. I think that restaurant and this hotel are same family.

the cleaning standard is too low(bed sheets, toilet, the kitchen(awful),floor, wall, the room overall), although it is value for money, but will suggest to choose a bigger brand-named hotel for better standard if the money is not that important to you. They use their own machine to clean the sheets, the wash machine may not be strong enough to wash off ... although the sheets are very new.

Lucky to visit here. I passed an n-clex exam while using here. Everyone was very nice and kind. I'll visit again. Room condition was nice and pickup&sanding service was great. Thanks to Himawari. I miss Saipan, my lucky island. I hope that I can get a chance to visit again.

Skeptic in the beginning, but when I arrived at the property, I actually liked it. Staff was pleasant, 2 out of 3 were absolutely friendly, accommodations were great. It'd be great if were informed the property does not accept cards for payment ahead of time. A small fridge in the room and a microwave in the hallway for all residents to share is a suggestion. The property is on the 2nd floor and there is a bar and grill below it, if you can't stand music while they are open, I would request a room at the rear of the property, otherwise and overall, it was excellent, I enjoyed my stay with them.

I stayed at this hotel during Chinese New Years Days. There are many hotels in Saipan, but I was not able to book others because of no vacancy. A problem is ... It's difficult to reach the hotel. The hotel locates in the middle of jungle. Don't try to go there by a taxi. Most of taxi drivers don't know where the hotel is. This hotel is not 5 stars. BUT, You can see a friendly, safe, quiete hotel in Saipan. I had a good moment.

we spend a good time at hotel.the hotel beside dfs and there are many restaurant nearby.the room is clean and big with air condition and led tv.after all it is a nice hotel you can stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Saipan Vegas Resort. The staff was friendly and ultra-helpful, and the room was neat and clean. The room was small, but the view was lovely. The best amenity was the availability of the complimentary shuttle at all times to drop guests off and pick us up from shopping, tourist and dining locations nearby, which was an extremely useful service, especially for early morning flights. I also enjoyed walking the beautiful golf course on site. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Very practical hotel, close to everything. New built elevator makes carrying luggages easy for girls like me. Room is clean, just a little bit of smell. Hair dryer in the room. Bathroom is big and shower works well, which is important to me. Highly recommended if you want to travel economic. Wifi signal covered in the room which is also Important.

On the observatory and in the swimming pool, I could see the best of the Pacific Ocean view in the day, as well, a lot of stars in the night. All staff were so friendly and accommodating while staying.

This is a hotel off the main street but close enough to the main street (Resorts, Restaurants, DFS etc; 5 minutes walk) and beach in Garapan. It is not a resort but a good hotel to stay for a couple of days. Rooms are spacious & clean. A difference from Guam is that they replace towels everyday. And they are bath towels. Staff is very helpful, and they arrange for your airport transportation. There is free drinking water. There is a locker in the office where you can keep valuables in a "personal" locker with key. The best thing is the neighborhood- very quiet all the time. We stayed in off-season; wonder if during peak season, hotel guests more than compensate for lack of noise from the neighborhood. In any event, recommend it highly

I stayed a day when I arrived at the Saipan airport. Though the facilities a bit old-fashioned, it is quite cozy for a night. Ready for providing clean blanket and pillow and the newly employed staff was really friendly. If you don't mind to stay in a hostel or domitory it is quite economical option. Recommended for experienced travellers.

I picked up a room last minute because my hotel was fully booked and unable to extend. The hotel has a kitchen area with dishes and would be a great value for a family or groups. As a solo traveler, the room was too big for me. I thought the resort was loud and the pool area was pretty active so not the most relaxing place. I also took the last room available which was next to house keeping. My sliding door view of the pool was blocked by large dirty towel carts and about six full bags of trash. The staff even layed out piles of towels on the sidewalk in front of my view and threw bag of trash down from the 3rd floor. It was also loud with the staff door slamming and talking. I told the front desk it was not a pleasant stay and not good value for me. The manager did not think it was a big deal and was firm on it. This was quite insulting to me. It thought paying about $100 a night would mean some sort of good nights rest and pleasant stay but the manager just apologized...

The hotel was easy to find...Google Maps led me close, and then I finally saw the huge blue sign that said "Capital Hotel". Another nearby landmark is Garapan Elementary School. I rented a Standard Twin room, and was given a room on the 2nd floor. The room was a decent size, and the airconditioner was nice and cold. There were two twin beds and a big mirrored closet. There was also a TV placed on top of a table, a mini refrigerator, and an electric kettle. (There was a shared kitchen outside with a microwave, stove, and sink if people wanted to cook.) The restroom was a little cramped between the sink and the shower, and the stand for the showerhead was not the right type, so the showerhead would shift after a while and spray water in the wrong direction. There was also a slight odor coming from the restroom. Overall, it was a good deal since I only needed a place to sleep and store my things, as I spent most of the day out and about. There was also ample parking for tenants.

When we went to the room the bathtub was flooded as well as the sink with water it was clogged up also TV was does not have a clarity that well that it’s looks like it’s been snowing Aircon is not that cold in the afternoon
