I got a good price from agoda, so no regrets overall. However, the facility and service would be categorized into a 3* or 4* at most, if compared to international standards and hotels. However, considering the state of hotels in Pakistan, it is a 5* in comparison. So it really depends how you review it.

My stay at the Moevenpick Hotel Karachi was comfortable and pleasant. The only issue was the slow check-in and checkout process, due to "IT / system issues". The check-in process took over 30 minutes, as the front desk was unable to "locate my booking" made through Agoda. When they did find the booking, they said "someone has already checked in", which of course made me quite nervous since I was the only one on my booking. They did finally sort out the issue. Prior to checkout, I had notified the front desk twice the previous night that I would be checking out early at a specified time. Before coming downstairs I tried calling the front desk to ask them to prepare for checkout again - but no one answered. When I came down, the front desk told me that it would take 15-20 minutes, as their "system was restarting". The entire process took a total of ~30 minutes, when it really shouldn't have. This could have been a bigger issue if it was rush hour traffic headed to the airport. The check-in / check-out process marred what would have otherwise been an excellent stay at the Moevenpick. I really hope they are able to sort out these issues.

The Marriott Islamabad made me feel at home. While the check in procedure seemed a bit disorganized, all service after that was top of the line. Upon arrival I had a special request for an ice pack for an injury. After that the cleaning staff asked if I needed one every time I returned to the room. The hotel stocks the minibar with some free items and a fruit bowl in the room. The bathroom was well appointed with all amenities which were high quality. The number and variety of restaurants, as well as the quality of food, was outstanding. I would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and the pictures do not do justice to the hotel. 10 out of 10. Service was excellent and so was the food. I initially booked it for one night. I have booked it again, even though I am leaving Pak today. In comparison to PC, I would always choose Luxus from now onwards. The rooms in Luxus have powerful aircons which PC lacks ( I was sweating during the stay at Pearl Continental).

We are seasoned travellers from Dubai and our assessment was ‘wow’, can’t beleive this is a hotel in Pakistan. It is on par with the top hotels in Dubai. Food, ambience, decor, cleanliness, chic, staff, safety, spa, pool, the list goes on. Thank you to the kind staff for making us feel special and welcomed. We stayed in the executive suite which was very spacious and luxurious. They offered 4 free clothing dry-cleaning, free mini-bar, fruit basket, nut selection, free airport transfer, executive club amenities and beautiful luxurious amenities in the bathroom. Got a great full board deal on agoda too.

No customer service No WiFi No towels in the bathroom Rooms was very hot Air conditioner doesn’t work properly If you ask for something they take ages And I paid fully on booking but they keep asking for money again and again Reception staff doesn’t know what they doing

Nice place with all 3 star facilities, my stay was smooth and would like to atay there again.

The staff was co-operative and they allowed a child with two adults. Also they were willing to provide extra bedding in the same room space without additional charges. They have dedicated underground parking which serves as blessing at busy area of Saddar. We were accomodated at 7th floor which looks more attractive and fresh as compare to other floors (2, 3 or 4). They have free breakfast with the room but breakfast was not that much fascinating as was expected, less variety in dishes, suggest to add coffee and fresh juice in the menu. Cleanliness was superb and cleaning staff was also pleasant. The washroom accessories such as washing lotion and shampoo were bit low in quality.

We had a really pleasant stay here for three nights. The hotel is really well located being a few mins drive from both Centaurus Mall and Shah Faisal Mosque. It is set on the block full of shops, which makes it convenient. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. They made us feel welcome. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Room service was often used and the food was well cooked and delicious each time. Rooms were cleaned well and complimentary fruit and water was provided each day. The gym was fine, but the jacuzzi wasn’t working. Nevertheless, I will be staying again.

Well equipped as per Avari standards . Cooperative staff. Best place to stay with children. All thumbs up .

We checked in here after checking out from Centarus and we were so glad we found this little place. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a little bit old so could do with a renovation but still clean. It is walking distance to koshar market which has great restraunts. Also close to supermarket and opposite a coffee shop. Great area for a female to stay alone as well. They were extremely kind to let us stay for half day rate till our late night flight.

The staff was courteous, professional and willing. The room size was smaller than my expectations and I was really disappointed by the size of bathroom. There were 2 people but toiletries were for only 1 person and there was no hair conditioner. ...

Pros - Location. Quiet place yet close to the center. Responsive staff. Helped me find a car rental service. Cons - The room should have an electric kettle, or they should at least provide tea twice a day. I know it’s not a standard service, but still. The housekeeping staff did clean the room but didn’t replenish the toiletries. The hotel’s premises bears no sign, no name. This made the place look suspicious to me, at least.

The food was very good, and as the room and service. My wife and I would come back again. Very nice large room and bed.Nice bathroom also

Pros- Room size is huge and as shown in picture. Staff is great and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Privacy Cons- Ants in the room.

As always, the manager (Shanila) did everything possible to make our stay a memorable experience. We are looking forward to going back to Dreamworld Resort on our next visit to Pakistan.

Hotel is new. Rooms are clean. It is not four star. You can say it European one star. I reserved and paid through agoda. I had some issues. 1. the telephone indicated on site is not attened by anyone. ADRESS IS GT ROAD OPPOSITE AYUB INT PARK., adress indicated on site is wrong and confusing. Adress during search in google map is incorrect. 2. When i came to hotel they asked me to pay in cash abd saud that my room is not paid. I called to agoda support and they solved my problem. 3. Restuarant was not working and breakfadt was served in room. **** this hotel is new, staff is new and unexperienced. They don't know online reservation services like agoda. I will recommend this hotel should not be in search engine of agoda.

I am always happy to return to this hotel. The food is excellent, especially the Pakistani dishes. The staff is pleasant and helpful and the room is tastefully decorated. Only the carpeting my room was a bit outdated. Good quality tile flooring with area carpets is easier to maintain.

For this trip in Pakistan, I stayed in PC Karachi and PC Lahore. Not only that the room rate was about 30% lower compare to PC Karachi, the overall experience at PC Lahore was much better, the establishment is well maintain, it was really much better in term of quality and value. Also worthwhile to mention, I left a folder with document, cash, bank card etc ... in the Safe Box upon checked out, and only realized it few days after I returned home. Immediately I called up the hotel, and was happy to know that the Housekeeping had found my folder and handed them to the Lost and Found. I have since arranged a local friend to pick up on my behalf . Big THANK YOU to the great team in PC Lahore, especially the Housekeeping who recovered my folder. I am most happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

During last 2 years, we had the opportunity to stay at the Hospitality Inn, Lahore for 3 times, most recent stay being 19 days ending September 4, 2015. I would like to mention the manager, Mr. Khurram Niaz Khan, who runs the hotel in a friendly, but efficient style, and usually greets repeat guests by name. We were accommodated in a great suite, during the very busy period of August-September 2015, courtesy of Mr. Kaleemuddin, the Reservation Manager. Our suite was well appointed, always tidy and well-stocked with supplies. Breakfast buffet was ample, delicious and more like brunch Food security was remarkable. (A Big Plus) Executive Lounge Club on the 4th floor was always welcoming and had an excellent assortment of snacks; experience made memorable by the staff there. During our stay, our close family members were accommodated in room across the hall and were favorably impressed. Dinner buffet spread was praised and enjoyed by all. Hotel staff comprising of, among others, Mr. Waheed Khan, Lahore Gate waiter Kashif Hafiz, receptionist Mr. Ajmal, Executive Lounge Club waiter Salman, and manager Afzal deserve our thanks for taking care of us. All in all, we would definitely come back to the Hospitality Inn Lahore, next time we are in the city. this is a very good mid-range hotel if you are travelling to lahore on a budget and want to get the best deal for your money. the staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating, it was easy to get into the old city for some sightseeing, and not hard to get out to other parts of the city like lums or defense. gulberg phase iii is itself a nice area, with plenty of shops and places to eat (ranging from dhaabas to more western fare). as a foreigner with no pakistani origin, i never felt uncomfortable or in any kind of even remote danger while i was there. the front desk by and large spoke good english, though the rest of the staff mostly didn't...this is typical throughout pakistan though, and i would suggest learning some basic urdu to get around as it is. i had a great time here, and as long as you're not expecting 4 or 5 star hotel service, you will too.

The Mirage Hotel Lahore would only barely be a 1 star hotel, when comparing it to other Western country hotels. I was very disappointed with the room in particular due to the number of hairs left in the sink, shower and sadly even on the sheets. I doubt very much if this hotel changes its bed linen after every guest. Even though I had requested a non-smoking room, the staff literally stands outside your door smoking in the hallway. I wouldn't recommend at all you visit the restaurant in this hotel as by what I saw the hygiene of the kitchen staff when preparing meals was not a pleasant sight to see. I left without eating and just went to a local food stall just outside the hotel for my meals. Be careful about buying bottled water here as this hotel sells you a water bottle that the seal/lid had been opened and then re-sealed.

Even though I was originally booked in to a compact room, Karim, the owner, upgraded me to a better room at no extra cost. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and went out of their way many times to ensure that my stay was comfortable and relaxing. I ended up extending my stay from 3 nights to 7 nights. Compared to the cost of other accommodation in Islamabad, the NCG Guest house has to be one of the best options for a mid-price hotel. Some of the rooms could do with a bit of a refit, but overall it was a very pleasant establishment.

Unpleasant. Room was situated next to the kitchen and that was the view. Bathroom was dirty. Old rubbish of previous guests still in bun. Soap dish had not been cleaned for weeks. Shower was dirty to the extend that we did not even use it. Dirty towls. A request for a better room proofed worse results. The service received from receiption right up to house keeping was extremely bad. Aircon with no remote control. Fan so noisy one can sleep. We spend one night only instead of 3. Upon return early evening from the day out, our room was not event touched by housekeeping. Am to request a refund from Sunsent Motel & BBQ. The one night's dinner was the only postive outcome of our stay.

Reception Staff, Room Service house keeping staff is very welcoming. PC desperately needs to upgrade it's Internet services and standard of Breakfast. I hope some one from senior management will look into it and do the needful.
