my expectation was little bit high because of the cost is higher than other hotels. but the location is not really good. and few restaurants and breakfast was soso. but almost crews can speak english . that was really good thing because almost hotels can not communicate with english in russia

I was happy to stay there, clean n all taxi drivers know the hotel so it was easy to find. the view is great so I would like to be there if I go to Russia one more time

Everything was great until I was stopped by police( ФМС) to check my doc. hotel stay address, they call it “registration” Even I was given the document that says I’m registered, It wasn’t in the the system of the ФМС. It’s important to be registered when you are traveling to Russia and hotel is responsible to provide you this! They did but it end up to be Fake! The rest was great, hotel deserves its stars! Breakfast is good, people are very friendly, they have free shuttle every hour to take you to the metro station and back to the hotel.

It was our first time in Russia, we found this hotel is closed to many main tourist attractions. There are delicious japanese food in Japanese restaurant downstair as well. We went to restaurant upstair, the view was great. Not far from train station too.

This hotel is a really great choice. First, it's affordable. Second, it's located in a really great spot. The Izmailovsky Market is right next to it, so you can go shopping and being all of your things back to your hotel before going somewhere else. There are also lots of other little shops and restaurants around and the metro is very close. The metro is only 5 stations from the Red Square which is super convenient. It was also very comfortable. The bed and the pillows were so comfy. However, I will say it was a bit noisy as I could hear a band playing from the street. Also, the staff was very helpful. The can speak English and are able to help you with any questions you have. I really recommend this hotel.

Our three night stay was unforgettable. The room was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. I had my 70th birthday while I was there. When we came back at the hotel that night they supersized me with a birthday cake in our room. the cake was moist and so delicious. Thank you so very much for everything. I would come back here and stay. I would recommend it to everyone including my friends if ever they travel to Saint Petersburg Russia. Excellent hotel in a great location.

We did not have too much time in Vladivostok. The hotel was opposite a good restaurant and next to a 24-hour supermarket. This made going for dinner very easy and it was raining that evening) and buying last minute groceries like chocolates as souvenirs very convenient. I like the large breakfast spread. Some of the food was only so-so but we loved the chicken wings and the chicken soup which were very unexpected for a breakfast buffet in Russia.

location is just ok bc you need to take a taxi whenever you go to restaurants or some places. Hotel kept 2000 ruble for the deposit money and when i got back and asked for four 500ruble, he said NO. just No. nothing else :/ its not nice. well i dont know even if russian ppl are not nice to only ASIANS or every raices. Bathroom was pretty ok but Toliet papers suck... i would recommend you to bring some from your country... haha jk. it sucks tho

I stay this hotel one night in 27th October, 2015. The comments shown as follows: (1) Location very convenience, 5 mins walk to metro station, 15 - 20 mins walk the spill church of blood, St. Issac church, The hermitage museum. (2) Decoration of room & canteen is beautiful. The furniture is new inside room and design is very golden. Pillow & bed is comfortable to sleep. (3) Good taste of breakfast. But fruit not enough. (4) Price is acceptable. I use SGD 110 to book a deluxe room. But, need to pay visa supporting fee EUR25. (5) The staff is ok and helpful. If you ask location or call a taxi. Overall, The hotel is recommended to stay. But, My comments is 3 stars hotel standards. (3)

Firstly the location is the best of Moscow for a tourist...central and aristocrat!!At the other side this hotel has the glamour of the past 50 + years but now a renovation is a need.The more unacceptable thing is that there is not any blind curtains and specially from the eastern windows the sun is coming to the room awaking you at the sun rise...at 4.30-5.00 am as we speak about Moscow ending August...Another bad thing for this hotel is the rude security personnel that without any responding when you say hi or good morning they are behaving to the clients as suspects for spy etc...with the worst,never existing in any hotel of the world of 1 up to luxury...the security stop us to take a picture of the furniture -without any person inside...-at the lobby!!!!

It was very nice and such a brilliant hotel with friendly staff and a very good breakfast buffet which qasnt to expensive The room we had was extremely spacious and very beautiful The best part about the hotel is the location in the city which was right near red square shops and many cafés. This is a great hotel and what a 5 star hotel should be.

Definitely the best hotel I have ever visited in recent few years. Staffs are eager to help you. Rooms are extremely comfortable and make my exhaustive trips more relaxed. I booked for Airport Transfer to the hotel and the service was great too. I don't have any negative comment on this. Great choice.

This hotel is following a european standard therefore you feel that you are getting much more value for your money than in its 4 stars russian standard counterparts. The staff is polite, rooms are cleaned everyday, breakfast is tasty. Location is very close to the main train station and makes your arrival and departure days easier. Its an easy walk to the main attractions, we seldom used taxis (they are very cheap anyway). I recommend this hotel as a base for seeing Saint Petersburg and the surrounding area.

International standard Hotel with great value for location in expensive Russia. The hotel could be reached efficiently from the Domodedovo Airport, Moscow and located close to train station when the travellers continue their trip to St Petersburg.

Nice apartment with good facilities. Kitchen, washing machine. But pool was really cool (despite the staff said us it's heated).

Pros - 15 min walk to palace bridge/Nievsky/Hermitage Very clean Huge wonderful SPA and gym Nice staff We ate out all the time so cannot say anything about the food We stayed during the FIFA games and finals so lots of security and soccer players roaming around which was cool. all in all would come again for sure Tip for getting around: use gett taxi. cheap and works very well

Don't expect a smile or politeness of western standards from anyone in the hotel! Excellent view from the suites. Cool with a tub in the room! Breakfast buffet is not included despite the price! But it is sent as roomservice for an acceptable price. Fresh orange juice is recommended. All channels except CNN is in russian, nice LED-flatscree s though. It promises l'occitane make up in luxury suites but they are not there. It only provides basic shampo, showergel and toothbrush. Rooms were cold in december but they have heaters. Two bottles of free water and tea is provided. I expected more of the hotel, especially a smile for €200/night but all in all I think it was a good stay.

An excellent vacation in April We've stayed for 5 days, and all 5 days there were a sunny weather, with 20C at the hotel level, 25+C at the bottom of the mountain and about 5-10C at the top of the mountain. If you are planing to ski, it is better stay at a hotel at 960m altitude, since it will be to hot to walk fully equipped. The slopes are well prepared and you will have a discount as a hotel guest.

It's my first time in this Hotel and I have to say that everything is more than OK. I was in a Junior Suit, incredibly confortable and clean. Staff is nice and very friendly. It's near to Metro Station so it's easy to get fast to the center of Moscow. All around there are green zones... It's one of the best Hotel in Moscow if you consider what You pay and what You get. PERFECT

Fantastic. The best place to start our trip. The staff members are very professionals and attentive. Very good and fluent in english. The hotel is sharing the location area with the Moscow World Center. To go to the main landmarks of the city of Moscow, there are 2 Metro stations near the hotel. The neigbourhood is safe and very quiet. Many local restaurants, markets, etc., at walking distance. We have a great service and very willing to help staff.

Excellent experience in this hotel. The room is big and clean, very comfortable and the room is including breakfast. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the metro station, thess are some stores near the hotel, so you could buy some Russia local food.

My entire experience was fantastic. The hotel arranged for my airport transfer and didn't up-charge me due to the World Cup. The receptionist spoke fluent English. I had some fears about Russia. Due to her warmth they melted away quickly. The room was immaculate and quiet. Breakfast was tasty and varied. There's a delightful courtyard. The location is perfect. I highly recommend it!

Very good, worth staying. There is only one thing I hope to be changed. Sign of shuttle stop. It was that good to be recognized. When I first got outta airport, many taxi drivers tries to cheat me with overprices and wrong location info of the hotel. To be more great hotel near SVO, need to build more signs for travellers. Others are perfect.

The hotel is located right in front of Metro Station VDNKh and very convinient. The service level of the reception (front desk) is better than usual hotels in Russia, though they do not provide details about their facilities much.

The rooms are tiny in this hostel, but clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very useful, it has everything you need, fridge, cooker, kettle, microwave etc. The shower was clean, good water pressure and hot all the time. We didn't use the washing machine, but I think it is very handy too. very basic, but it worth the money you pay. We stayed there summer time, can't tell if it's warm or not during cold seasons. The girl who worked there was very nice and kind. If you too fussy you might not like it as some guests are not cleaning the toilet after use and you can see splatters which I didn't like, but that was a short stay and not hostel's fault. Overall I would recommend you the place.

Conveniently located with 4 minutes away from Metro green line. Lots of grocery, convenient stores and small shops near by, A shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away. The hotel is clean, nicely maintained although quite small. Since I was out touring all day, I didn't care. The front desk was able to commincate in English. The breakfast was very nice with a variety of choices. The restaurant was maintained better than the restaurant outside. Overall, very satisfied with the hotel. Have no reservation to recommend to anyone with budget in mind.

standard hotel in russia. english speaking is o.k. here. room with free internet-access and internet stable, very good for bussiness trip. room without cool air-condition. so, will have problem to stay during summer time. but, i stay in winter time. everything just fine there. very nearly metro station. lots of shops arround hotel. will be a nice choice for this hotel.

I am grateful to have booked to this hotel as it was nearly perfect. From the breakfast, value for money and staff. i would book to this hotel the next time i will visit st. petes. the rooms are small but you will just sleep for the night and you will be outside as always anyway. This is highly recommended its near almost everywhere!
