This majestic hotel has Impeccable service, Amazing Professional Lovely staff, Delicious food and a Gorgeous entry into the foyer (and everywhere actually.) Highly recommend and it is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. A must stay!!!!

Gorgeous high end hotel”
Room was spacious with a spacious washroom with both bathtub and shower. Everything was clean and nice. Great restaurants within hotel. Only gripe is I was charged $7+ for minibar though we didn't consume anything and the hotel hasn't replied my email on what the charge is for. Small amount I know, but doesn't feel good to be charged for nothing.

It was our second time at the crown towers and it was the bear experience ever. We were upgraded to premier king with free chocolates and champagne 🍾. I loved the place from the get go, the luxury feel and sophistication of the place just magical and superb services. Highly recommended this place.

Romantic getaway ”
Crown towers was an absolute blast. We has so much to do there and we got to relax and enjoy a dinner in our room with such wonderful service. The pools were clean and warm and the beds and chairs provided were very comfy! Will definitely be visiting again.

Worth every penny”
Amazing experience from beginning to the end. It was CNY celebration last night, really feel entertained with lion dance performance and CNY decoration. Room is spacious, clean and elevated. Amentities is complete, we got everything we needed. Price is so comparable to any other hotel around the location but Crown certainly offers more, includes a wide range of dining and shopping spots. Breakfast at Conservatory was great, even the coffee was spot on. Swimming pool was the highlight of our visit, will definitely come back again and again..

Thank you to the Crown Towers staff! It was our first time that we have stayed there and I knew as soon I was home I would be writing a review! From Nimisha who we met at our check in and check out, to Anita at Guest Services to the staff member at the Valet (you have my daughter a teddy bear for her birthday today 21/2 I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!) you all made our stay so wonderful! The staff are exceptional the facilities amazing the service impeccable faultless only drawback is kids must be 16 to use swimming pool and gym without parent supervision. i would highly recommend walking in to the foyer alone is a wow factor. stayed in the premier suite where the 180 degree panoramic views were breathtaking must eat at nobu the food is of the highest quality

Arrived to a warm welcome and very friendly staff. Beautiful room with great view of Melbourne city. Very comfy bed. 11am check-out was perfect as it allowed a beautiful morning in the luxurious heated indoor pool and a nice walk along the Yarra. Such a great experience. Will be back asap!!!

Christmas tradition ”
We have been going to crown as a Christmas tradition. This is our first year with our new born daughter. And we loved it. She was able to go in the pool for the first time. They provided a cot for us. With a teddy and a baby shower pack. Excellent service for us parents to take a 15 week old and have a getaway

Me and my fiance stayed here for a night off a whim, check in was fast and not a trouble at all, the receptionist sent us up a free bottle of champagne and out us on the top floor in our room category. The hotel pool is just amazing, the restaurants are amazing and the whole place smells beautiful. Recommend 100 percent

The room with the view we had was just amazing and the staff should be commended for their professional and personal services, especially in the Crystal Club Lounge. great location & a lot to do around the area”
crown is one of the star properties of melbourne specifically for its location and also because it boast one of the top casinos in the world. the rooms were very elegant and clean and definitely give you the 5* feeling. parking is probably the toughest part of the hotel. theres the valet option which is excessively expensive; but also the option to park at the casino for free (which was what i did): around a 10 min walk from the hotel. overall great experience and will surely be back!
