Harbour view is great. A shopping mall, some nice restaurants and tram station at New Quay are plus points to stay in DockLands. But unfortunately, we checked into an apt with faulty AC. Booked a 7 days stay and on the 2nd day when the temperature went up to 32c the AC was not working. And with the hot breeze it was not tolerable to stay in door with the fans provided. We were glad that the office managed to move us to another apartment but its definitely troublesome for a group of seven to packed and moved after we settled in for 2 days already. It was nice that the office responded to our need even on Christmas Day. (thumbs up)

Great location close to Melbourne Marina , Docklands shopping centre ,Melbourne star and trams. Great view of the Marina from my apartment, great walking around Victoria Harbour, great shopping at Docklands. Not to mention dozens of restaurants , eating place with just about any kind of food you like to choose . Want to see a movie -Hoyts is in walking distance. Want to have a massage , nails done? You find it all at Docklands including places to play for kids, open spaces, art displays. Overall a very pleasant , relaxing experience . And if you want to go to the city take the tram, is in the free zone. The apartment was just the right size, great view, quiet, clean, Foxtel. The remote battery was gone , called the staff and she came promptly with new batteries. Good service

Overall, our experience in Travelodge Docklands Hotel is very pleasant. Our room was very clean, location was superb, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only comment is the King bed because what we get was not really 1 single King-sized bed. Rather, we got 2 single beds joined together to make 1 King-sized bed. The demarcation in the middle of the 2 single beds made it quite uncomfortable, especially as I'm a light sleeper. Perhaps you can look into this. But I'd definitely recommend Travelodge Docklands Hotel, and it will be one of my top choices for whenever I am in town. Thank you for a great experience with you guys!

It's a repeat stay for my family. Our decision is to choose accent accommodations is due to the spacious apartment with full amenities. Amazing view from the balcony. Walking distance to the tram stop, District Docklands and plenty of eating establishments in the vicinity. Taking a strong along the docklands pier gives you a relaxing and amazing view.

Chose this place as had three bedrooms for our family group, easy walking distance to DFO and Crown Casino, also the free city tram loop only 100 mts away. Docklands very close so it was a great choice.

Stylish, comfy, great Docklands location, nice staff, AWESOME breakfast with SUPERB GF options Everything was great. The standout: breakfast (buffet) - included in the price in the option we selected. Hot potato curry, GF toast, GF hash browns - delicious!

Location is great if you’re looking for a quieter Docklands experience like we were. Free city tram stop right outside. Nice pool, perfect for young and old. It’s a privately owned complex. No hotel staff or lobby to help if you need that, a small office around the corner. We were fine though. Great city view. Loved our stay

Lovely apartment, with a beautiful view of the marina, with its big balcony. Its very spacious, good size rooms. Conveniently located 10mins from the city. A 5 minutes walk to the tram which takes you the the city, and its free of charge. 2 minutes walk to Harbor Town outlet, Restaurants are just 2 minutes away too. I highly recommend Apartments at Docklands, and will stay there again when in Melbourne.

Excellent highly recommended. The customer service was exceptional. We had an issue with broadband and the staff came over to the apartment immediately to resolve it. Really recommend using Accommodation Star Docklands Apartments if you are looking for an apartment in Docklands.

at first i was a little reluctant to stay in this area as i normally stay in the cbd. we rolled the dice and decided we would try a different area.so pleased that we did. the apartment was extremely clean,well furnished with comfy beds and furniture.the view over docklands was sensational with the extra pleasure of watching a fireworks display one night. security was excellent and getting around was very easy by tram or taxi.tram stops and taxis right outside the door.if walking is your thing 10 minutes to southern cross station.the area had a fantastic selection of restaurants,bars and coffee shops.

We stayed over a long weekend, quiet area, easy to find, very spacious, we had 4 women stay and plenty of room. We walked everywhere, close to everything. Marie was super helpful organising the keys and meeting us. Definitely recommend to stay.

The Docklands area is still partly under construction and there are a lot of short stay apartments with not a lot of other infrastructure like cafes and bars. There are a couple of course but not many. The good news is that there is a tram stop is directly outside this apartment block and it's in the free tram zone if you want to go to town. There's also a Woolworths supermarket nearby which is handy if you want to prepare breakfast or other meals in the apartment. The pool is very popular and regularly crowded, but the gym is much quieter and quite clean.

The location was very good. Within walking distance to a good variety of restaurants and the District Docklands mall. We booked a two bedroom apartment which was well designed. Except for possibly bad plumbing construction, which amplified the drainage sounds into the master bedroom every time someone used the common bathroom. But the wonderful service by the team made up for any shortcomings. The team was warm, friendly and very helpful.

The suit has fantastic view！Location is in the free tram zone and not too far away from the queen victoria‘s macket. The only problem is that there is no much room service，you might have to prepare the slippers and tooth brushes by yourselves. Since it is not a hotel，we did not expect much on the roomservice. Generally speaking，it worthes the money.

We enjoyed our stay at Peppers Docklands Staff is friendly and beds were comfortable. Restaurant is nice and so is food. Once our room was not cleant properly but after speaking to staff, it was resolved immediately. We were offered late check out and staff at Reception and Restaurant were really friendly. Did I mention the best part? The view from hotel room, yes! we had wonderful view of docklands and Marvel stadium from our window. Thank you! Ashish

The location is very near to CBD area if you drive. Great for big family like mine. Night and day view is simply too gorgeous... sit down, chill out at balcony, looking at the sunrise, awesome view... love it. We will book back the same place again when we visit next year. Simply love the location, scenery, the spacious of the area...

we were met by paul the manager who helped us with our bags - showed us up to the apartment which when we walked in it just took our breath away! the view, pristine clean, spacious, and well equipped - paul then told us all about whats around and then recommended the best thai restaurant just around the corner - this apartment was brilliant - the hospitality was so wonderful - docklands waterfront with pubs and restaurants and great atmosphere is about an 8 minute stroll - the city is 10 minutes on a tram which come regularly - lygon street is 10 mins away as is the crown !! brilliant apartment - amazing managers - i recommend this to anyone wanting a superior holiday!! thank you

This property is absolutely fantastic for any traveller. It is conveniently located in the CBD near the tram and is a great spot for entertaining or for groups. Will definitely stay again.

This place it just docklands and Harbour walking distance, has free tram at the front of apartment. The room was so good and nice view. Recommended to anyone who looking for the accommodation in Melbourne, you can go to Melbourne cbd in just 10mins with free tram at the front.

The first day was devastating cuz my family had to stay at other hotel as the owner told us the wrong key number. I was on a plane and I couldn't contact anybody till I got to Melbourne so my family unfortunately had to find other hotel under that cold weather. Also it's not a hotel, which we didn't notice till we got messages from him. We really want him to pay money back for a night during our stay but still he/agoda has been ignoring us since I claimed.. We wouldn't have chosen if we knew. Thanks for making our travel worst

Don’t book this apartment! They aren’t working with a Agoda and it is hard to get ur money back!!!

I am very surprised for the amazing apartment. Three sides of the wall is replaced with French windows, I can sight the harbour view street view in living room and my bedroom. There is very very large living room with complete set of furnitures. It is the most clean apartment I have ever seen without any dust. The car park has 4 levels above ground and accesses to my level 3 apartment directly. Every facilities are luxury for traveller. The only flaw is its staff service while there is not reception and I have never seen any staffs during stay in Melbourne. All things are contacted by phone.

Smelly room with Mould in the bathroom. No personal to contact or call! Just avoid this dodgy place.

We found the location to be excellent the facilities were great, would definately stay here again ....

My family and I were in Melbourne for 11 days and our last stay was at 883 Collins St, Docklands. 1. Upon arrival, the keys were not ready and this is in spite of me requesting for confirmation with the host one day before check-in date. We had to wait for a local contact to pass us the keys and the wait was over an hour. 2. For the price we are paying, there were a few items amiss: - TV did not come with Netflix or Pay as View options - The laundry dryer was not working (again we dropped the host a note but there was not even a response) - Traveling with kids, laundry was key. - Some minor items such shower gel, hair dryer were not available. - Air-con controller ran out of battery or was not working 3. The issue was not about the missing items, the host was unresponsive.

My husband & I, decided to have date night in the city as we do a few times a year , got a great deal for quest newquay a lovely clean & quiet hotel , but was very surprised as we hadn't been in the area for awhile that alot of restaurants near by were closed down .. sad to see a very vibrant area gone dead .. but our stay at quest was excellent will probably return again ...
