Worst Hotel Stay Ever”
Zero Cleanliness, Worst Service, Rude Staff etc. Need to train they staff on how to treat and handle guest. There is a NIGHT CLUB in the hotel and the music vibrates through the walls till 4am. I had never been such a worst experience anywhere in hotels.

Dubai Palm Hotel was very good ! :)”
A good hotel (not excellent but comfort) for a short or medium time travel. But the free car parking is inside of other building! :) Also, you have not free Internet (WiFi) in your room (it has a charge: AED 30.00 per day).

Don't Bother - Beyond Disappointing ”
Some things we were not told that you should know before booking this hotel: 1) no iron, no kettle nor tea or coffee in your room - you will be charged 5 dirham for every cup of hot water brought to your room (only free if you have a new born). If you ask them to bring you an iron; you'd think you're asking them to birth a child for you - we were given so much attitude every time 2) you need to ask for a wi-fi code everyday - this isn't consistently on and the wi-fi quality is awful (not possible to make or receive wi-fi calls at all) 3) there is a NIGHT CLUB in the hotel and the music vibrates through the walls till 3am. If you're there to party - that's excellent. However; I was travelling for work purposes and barely slept. 4) the air conditioning is so loud, you can barely sleep between that and the music coming from the club 5) the staff are so rude and aggressive, they huff at any request made (guy who was so lovely) and management are never there Don't bother with this place.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Satisfactory housekeeping. Only the Carpet is dusty. ”
Customer service is the worst part about this hotel. Most of your queries will be met with either rude answers or completely unhelpful ones. Some days of the week the nightclub in the mezzanine floor won’t let you sleep until 3am when they close. And I was on the 4th floor. Parking is in another building and most of the time the valet service isn’t available, so you have to go and park it or get it yourself. Lobby and hallways stink of garlic and incense. Fortunately the room didn’t. So if you’re happy to stay in your room and mind your own business, and won’t mind music couple times a week, this hotel is perfect for you. Supermarket and food delivery is available, only the first time the reception will call you and try to force you to go and get it yourself from the lobby. Just say no and they’ll let the delivery come up. Lol. Enjoy your stay

It is just OK...”
Nothing to rave about this hotel. Bare, basic and simple. A lot of improvements should be done though the Staff are nice and helpful. Another downside are the noises/sounds coming from the bars and clubs on the ground floor. The sound vibration can be heard and felt even on the second floor. It is very hard to catch some sleep. I should have brought some sleeping pills. My overall impression is OK. I will give It a passing score. If given the chance to stay again in this hotel.... I will pass.

Good place for a short stay minus lack of facilities”
The guy at the reception was not so friendly, wanted to keep my passport in his custody until check out. I had to argue with him to get my passport back. WiFi was pathetic, I couldn't connect to WiFi for most of the time during my stay. Breakfast was not up to the mark, very limited options were offered. The only positive was the location and cleanliness.

Strongly recommend to Business Traveller”
The hotel is at a good location with a number of Veg / Non-Veg restaurants around. The rooms are spacious and clean. Front office guys are very hospitable with a smile and greeting. The WiFi was free for me and was speedy enough to do the business work. The hotel is at a Walk-able distance for Al Salahuddin Metro station. I can not comment on the food at restaurants as I did not go there. There are clubs on the premises and they should not matter to a person who is not interested in them, and Dubai has them all over. It is value for money for the deal I got through Agoda. I strongly recommend it to others and I would come back to this property if I get a similar or better deal in future.

Staff were very rude ”
I complained about the Wi-Fi, but they doubted me and said that nobody else has complained but you, I was astonished and asked somebody to come and check the router. When they found out that the router needed to be restarted I rang back to ask for an apology but we got into an argument. I then asked for a late checkout and they would not even consider even half an hour later checkout. Very very rude and disappointing for Dubai

The hotel is in a very good place. The metro station is around the corner so it was very convenient. Staff was really nice. We didn't have any problems. The price was good we slept there for 5 days. Everything was pretty clean. So we would like to come back to this hotel some day!

Good deal for the money ”
The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was always helpful. I like the location, very near the Salah Ak Din metro station, about 3 minutes walking. The other positive think is the relatively late check out - 1 pm officially. At night there is music from the hotel bar but the level of the sound is not disturbing.

ever met a frustratingly pleasant hotel?”
great location, comfortable room, good price
we stayed in this hotel for 5 days the 3 best things about this hotel sums up the pleasant portion of my review title greatlocation being (1)7min walk to the greenline which connects easily with the red line which brings you to all the major attractions in dubai. (2)minimarts and food outlets are all within 5min walk of the hotel comfortable room being 2 double beds,a spacious bathroom in a large room where there is no foul smell or bugs and almost everything works properly except for wifi the huge downside is the ultra frustrating wifi and the unacceptable breakfast experience. our hp has to be reconnected by the reception staff each time we return to the hotel(hard to believe we are the only dumb ones. i have never succeeded in connecting even once on my own!!!!!). wifi also has to be reconnected most of the time after we reached our room by a hotel staff who came up to our room. and just an hour later the connection will be gone. breakfast became a phobia after the first day when we asked the staff to reheat a small packet of leftover lamb rice, and we were told to return to my room with my leftover to ring room service for the reheating service!!!!! no apologies and no smiles :((( i have never encountered this behaviour in over 30 years of travel!!!!! has food at breakfast got to be so poor?. the cold duck eggs( fried or omellete), cocktail sausage, bacon were overcooked. the only item which was not overcooked were the lentils. the only fruit, apple were oxidised and brown. only the sliced white bread and cornflakes were palatable to me. the "orange juice" was so dilute i was better off drinking water. the cakes were very dry :(( my rating for this hotel will improve if they remove the wifi and breakfast and charge a lower room rate. with the savings, i can buy data, have a real breakfast and enhance ny stay

Simple, clean, friendly, convenient, a bit noisy”
location, clean rooms, friendly staff
Good location, 3~5mins walk form metro, ~25 AUE of taxi to the airport; Friendly staffs that are willing to help; Clean rooms that is comfortable to sleep and take a shower; Tours are convenient for tourists who didn't have any plan; foods and super markets near the hotel. The less good part is: few choices for breakfast and almost the same everyday, there's a club in the hotel, thus it might be a bit noisy in the night, but had been too tired, I still fell asleep soon.
