Location is great, apartment is neat & tidy, the beds were really comfortable and the view was priceless. We had made separate bookings for different days on our stay, not realising one was for a standard and the other was for a deluxe room but the staff kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room for the entire stay even without us requesting. A pleasant experience and we will definitely choose Bella if we return to Melbourne.

Very clean and beautiful apartment. Had an amazing view of the city with perfect and easy check-in and check-out. Great facilities in the area, and a supermarket right across the road. The staff were lovely and the cleaners obviously take care of the apartment well. No complaint to be made. Thank you.

We were on the 11th floor had good views and the traffic noise was not an issue when windows and balcony door were shut. Air condition worked well considering we had the two heat wave days above 40 degrees . Lifts were efficient, no problem .Great location .

The most comfortable bed ever!”
I can't say enough good things about this property! Check-in was a breeze. The lady who attended to us was friendly. Our 1 Bedroom Executive Apartment was brilliant, spacious, clean and oh my god do we love the bed!! We're back home and missing the comfort of the bed so much! Location is excellent with Woolworths, Crown Casino nearby and it is just a short walk to the city. Read all the bad reviews prior to booking but gave it a go and no regrets! We hope to come back soon!

Stayed here again in a quick trip to Melbourne. I stay here because of the location, great price and room. I recommend everyone to stay here as it’s walking distance to the city, DFO, Crown, MCG, Rod Laver, Sidney Myer Music Bowl (just to name a few).

Have stayed at Bella before and was happy to return again. My partner and I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 1 night, as we had a musical booked. The apartment in is a fantastic location, 2mins walk from a side entrance to Crown Casino which you can use to cut through to Southbank. Unfortunately, there was no parking available at the hotel, (first come first serve basis), so we were directed to Crown parking, less than 5mins walk away. Make sure you park on the multi level, as this is capped at $21 for 24 hrs, compared to valet which is $50. Better still, join crown rewards (no cost) as I did, and you get 24 hrs parking for free upon joining :) The apartment itself has everything you need and is clean and comfortable, although the carpet could do with a good steam clean. The Balcony was wasted though as only had a view of the crown carpark and no privacy. Overall, Bella apartments is fantastic value for money, we booked a few months in advance for the best price.

I stayed one night at Bella Apartments. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. There was a lot of traffic noise in the room from outside and the blinds over the balcony doors and windows did little to block out the bright lights from outside. The bed was comfortable though

Delightful experience ”
We loved the room layout, the kitchen area and bathroom, living area was also nice ! There was no phone to contact reception and we also noticed some chipped areas on the frame of the door way between the bedroom to the lounge but that's no biggie , the rest was great and we were happy with it. The bed was very squishy and we rolled to the middle when we tried to get comfy but otherwise very happy , beautiful little hotel and experience. Thanks guys !

So pleased with this hotel, the fact that it was self contained was perfect.. It allowed me to save money by cooking my own meals and spend it on other things that you wish to buy whilst on holiday. The room was spacious and the staff were helpful, when it came to finding out local hot spots, or offering to look after my suitcases until my room was ready. Pros - Helpful staff, comfortable bed, great views, clean hotel foyer, gym, great coffee which serves lovely coffee, fantastic location near the casino, DFO and across the road from Woolworths. Cons - Only 2 elevators to service multiple rooms over multiple levels, there were long waits at certain times & there were a few stains on the carpet and walls. I've already booked here for another stay this year.

Holding deposit ”
I love Bella and am a frequent stayer but do not understand why my holding deposit has to take over a week to go back into my account and am still waiting for someone to ring me to fix it ?
