"The Metropole is an excellent option for those hipsters that want to stay where the action is. Hotel city apartments are good too but we prefer staying at The Metropole . Looking forward to using the pool over the summer period to have a few days in Fitzroy, catching up with friends and going to some excellent bars and restaurants. I love having the spa apartment because it is larger and has a private balcony. We must use the Spa one day. Haha. "

"Quest Royal Gardens is in a perfect location, in the city-side suburb of Fitzroy. It was just a five minute walk to Fitzroy's main cafe street, a five minute walk to Melbourne hop-on hop-off tourist bus, a stone's throw from museums and so forth. Facilities were good, we rented a two bedroom town house. Kitchen included all necessary items, both bedrooms had an en-suite. Staff were friendly and courteous."
