Great place to be”
Hilton prides in its brand and service and they have proved it right in Brisbane..From the moment we stepped in., receptionist Molly was fantastic. She connected with us, so friendly and genuine. We also loved the concierge service, we got all the info needed and a heatful service too by Matthew, he was always there for us and kept to his promises. Amazing stay.. Will definitely stay here again. The cherry on the cake is that the location is amazing!!!

A short but memorable visit”
The Hilton was an ideal location for our short visit. I must congratulate the Management for the quality of the staff who were made our stay a very pleasant one. A big thank to the guest who rescued our passports, which were inadvertently left on the foyer seats, and handed them to the receptionist who immediately called us to soothe our nerves while we were on the road. The Hilton lives up to it's reputation.

The hotel and facilities were excellent, location perfectly posited to walk to everything we could possibly need. We found the restaurant and bar to be reasonably priced. A stand out to us were the staff. Nothing was to much trouble and all went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

We booked a night for new years and it was a wonderful stay. Check in was fast and it was lovely for the lady to offer a late check out. The room and facilities were modern, sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed lovely cocktails in the foyer and breakfast was delightful. We thought it was exceptionally good value for money.

Nice and close to things”
Nice clean property, with ample parking next door in Wintergarden, use Secure a Spot for a good deal on parking overnight. Staff were very friendly. Only negative was breakfast does not include any coffee other than filter coffee, no flat white, no latte, that is all extra, when you pay that much for breakfast, at least a decent coffee should be there.

The Hilton conveniently located in the Queen St Mall in the heart of Brisbane. Excellent amenities and staff very friendly and helpful. The front entrance a bit cramped for parking as there are hire cars there was the only issue.

Excellent service and friendly staff”
Agoda was delinquent and messed up my booking without informing Hilton my arrival. Had to wait at the airport for over an hour and only after contacting Hilton was I told that all additional request instructions, including complimentary airport transfer were not sent to Hilton. Great service recovery when Hilton paid for my taxi fare when I arrived at the hotel. The staff showed special care to ensure I was comfortably settled in.
