            The staff were great and very welcoming. Help was given to find the train station and how to purchase a 48 hour ticket to save money. The station was very close to the hotel with excellent links through Rome.

            The coffee was amazing. Every day we had the room cleaned. There is small and nice garden in front of the hotel where you can relax or eat breakfast. Very close to the train station and bus (3 minutes). The room was clean in general.
            Breakfast is not mediteranean and you can find mainly croissants. The location is not so close to city center and attractions. The sprinkle of the shower was not cleaned since forever. There was dust in some places, but overall a clean room. A litlle bit expensive for the stay.

            breakfast options somewhat limited (a lot of sweet stuff, though); location is perfect when you have to work at the nearby university but not great when you have to use public transport to get to the city centre

            Great location if you have business to do at the Catholic University. Not so good if you are planning to visit the city center. I did so once and the trip by bus was tiring.
            You can tell the hotel has been around for quite some time, the rooms carry signs of usage (e.g. small stains on the carpet). There was no fruit or vegetable at breakfast, but the sweet pastries were nice. I would have appreciated a desk in the room.
