We've stayed at few ibis hotels which have been pleasant for my family. ibis Melbourne Hotel & Apartments is located in the CBD, very accessible and just 5 minutes walk from Melbourne Central. It's been great to just be walking/tram distance from restaurants, landmarks and malls. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and clean hotel with vending machine and laundry room available. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Our family has stayed at a few ibis hotels and this one didn't fail. ibis Melbourne Hotel & Apartments is located in the CBD, just 5 minutes away from Melbourne Central and with the tram station across the street. It's been great to be walking/tram distance from restaurants, landmarks and malls. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and clean hotel with vending machine and laundry available. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Simple luxuries in one venue”
The staff’s genuine positive demeanour and willingness to help stuck with me. Special mention to Janella (not sure if I remember correctly), the Filipina receptionist for her warmth and patience with my room requests. The breakfast buffet was basic but more than what I expected! The croissants were my favourite. Despite the thin walls and simple interior, my stay was beyond comfortable and memorable. Will definitely stay again!

Ibis is all that you need for your stay to Melbourne, not far from the Queen Victoria market and super close to the CBD this was at the heart of all the places we wanted to be. Rooms were tidy, staff friendly and couldn’t recommend this place more!

Price good for 2 nights stay. Room abit small but still accessible and can fit 3 travelling begs. Nice bathroom with glass door shower and wood flooring. Shower gel is outside cubicle. Not so practical especially when no mini shower gel or soap provided. Location good and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check in staffs friendly. Parking provided at basement at AUD30 per day. In general, good stay.

These guys really know how to make their clients welcome. They are so courteous, helpful and nothing was a drama for them. I'm old school and Customer service is extremely important to me and I've never had better. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I usually stay at the one bedroom apartment and opted for a studio queen this time. It was ok. I just liked the location as it’s near Queen Victoria Market and the tram.

Due to Covid, no housekeeping in room. Just need to leave soiled linen outside door. Collect new linen from reception. All good.

This hotel is really situated at a very good location...very easy to get around and it near everything you need. The only thing that need improvement is the pillow ... There's only 1 for each person. I won't comment on the furnishings as they are just basic and there for practical reason. I choose it as I am not going after anything grand. It is really a practical apartment and the location gives convenience. I will go back if I have a chance.
