in the middle of the heart of Melbourne and really close to Queen Victoria Market. We simply loved how clean and spotless the unit was. I would say it could of been better if guests could have access o the building facilities such as pool, gym etc, but is understandable why the body corporate have this rule. I would highly recommend

Amazing place and great location”
The check in and check out process is simple, no delay expected. Upon seeing the unit we were surprised by the cleanliness. It was a great experience for our family who stayed at this property. They don't have any on side service/front desk so everything is done via email which is not a problem. They are pretty fast on their action if you ever need anything. One thing that should be improved is the collection of the key. It is 5 minutes walk and if you travel with kids, it will be quite a hassle. but overall, it's a great place. Truly recommended

Excellent location right in the middle of Elizabeth St with tramp stop just in front of the apartment, plenty of halal eateries, convenient stores and walking distance to Victoria state Library. We took the free tramp to the iconic Flinder's Station and the tramp stops right in front of Coles Supermarket. The only downside is parking at the nearby multistory car park was super expensive ie $50-$74/night. Other than parking issue, everything is perfect.

My room is located at floor 59 with stunning city view, the room is new and clean with full kitchenware, i love that the Ifsuite consider about the environment when using the full size shampoo and shower gel, there is no washing machine. Definitely love it prime location, the Asian supermarket is located next building, the Woolworth is nearby, Melbourne central and Qv shopping center 1' away, there are many choice of restaurant around. If you are travel alone with luggage, it is hard when you need to pick up and drop off the key from the office, as the distance is not far enough to call a cab and there is no luggage keeping at The light.

Apartment location is so great. Not only near the free tram zone, also near many scenic spot. Also, the service is great and all the question get the quick response. Especially thanks Winnie and Anna! They solve my problem quickly and keep update our situation. Next time , I will come here again.

Lovely apartment at a great location near Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne Central Station. The interior of the building and the apartment is superb. Anna and Winnie was very helpful and check in was a breeze! The necessities provided was clean and good, not those typical cheap brandless shampoo/body wash. Really enjoyed my stay there, will definitely stay there again when I'm in Melbourne! Thank you both for the lovely apartment!

It was a little inconvenient that key was at another site as we were walking all day and we are both over 70, it would have been so good to be able to hand key back at reception in the building as we had another full day of walking that day as well. Other than that, thank you we enjoyed our stay.

Better value for money than hotel. Better floor area too. Would be better if there is washing machine for long stays . Also house keeping is for 7 nights or longer only . Lads be aware, getting toilet seat to stay up is a bit challenging ...

The two weeks of stay at IFSTAYS - Lighthouse was a really nice experience. The apartment was nice spacious and clean, and all the request were well fulfilled with a very reasonable price. If I were to mention a downside, it would be more convenient to have collected and returned the keys at the place as I was taking a lot of luggages, but that didn't affect the quality of their services for accommodation. Would recommend for others!

Perfect Location ”
Pros: Very near to Tourist attractions; Free Tram Zone in front of the building. Walking distance to Central Terminal. Asian Convenient Store right at the ground floor. Very near the Bourke Mall. The unit is spacious and comes with cooking amenities. Netflix is definitely a plus. Rooms have a great view of the city from the floor to ceiling glass window. Staffs were very accommodating and quick to respond. Cons. Long queue in the elevator. You will get the key from another establishment located near the building (but not an issue at all). But over all, our stay was very convenient and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a fantastic location”
I stayed here for a week whilst doing an intensive at Melbourne Uni. Lighthouse is a fantastic location, close to the uni, public transport and loads of foodie spots! The staff at IFSTAYS were also amazing and very helpful. The only negative for me was that the room smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke when I first checked in (which should really have been addressed with before I arrived). When I informed the staff it was dealt within a couple of hours and the rest of my stay was easy breathing :) I will most definitely be back as this apartment offered everything you need for a week or two away at a fraction of the cost of a lot of other places in Melbs.

The place is stylish, modern, clean and located in a place that is extremely convenient. It is at the heart of the CBD and near to many of the key places within the city. It was really clean and well maintained. Everything was in good condition and working. Highly recommended.

Great Location”
The hotel apartment is very near to QV Market, there is an asian supermarket a few doors away. the only issue staying here is that the check in office/key collection office is a block away. if you plan to stay here, do drop your luggage first, (with someone to take care of it) while you walk to the key collection office. the room/studio is of a decent size for couple (we booked the 1 room apartment). kitchen is well equipped. I just wished there is a washing machine and dryer, other than that its good!. oh we stayed for a week, and there was a cleaning service in the middle of the week. which was good. It is within the free tram zone, and just a tram ride away to bourke street mall, la trobe, collins, and flinders street/ flinders train station. i will definitely consider this hotel/apartment again!

The place was so accessible, 5mins walk going to victoria market, many convenience stores and restaurants around the area and the area is included for a free tram which is so good. - room : the room is okay and big and not so expensive. Look for ANNA and WINNIE they are the staffs of IFSTAYS lighthouse and they will assist you in the duration of your stay and they are so accomodating , easy check in and and checkout. My Overall experienced was soooooo goood!!!!
