Fabulous luxury apartment at an amazing price. Absolutely loved our stay at Milano. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and were allocated a two bedroom apartment instead of the one bedroom we booked. The apartment on the 11th floor was spotless and had a great view over the city. The apartment was very roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The full size kitchen has all you would need to prepare meals including a dishwasher and washing machine. The Tv was huge and had foxtel. There was aircon in the living area and heaters in the bedrooms. We were aware that there was a gym and pool etc but were blown away by the standard. The gym set up is amazing with multiple running, rowing, riding and cross training machines. There is the full selection of weight lifting machines , free weights and lots of floor equipment. There is a 3 lane 25m lap pool, sauna, jacuzzi and a full size tennis court. These are great facilities! Highly recommend

Amazing accommodation ”
Our family loved our visit to The Milano Serviced apartments during the July school holidays. The apartments were spacious, clean & modern. The staff at reception & also the staff servicing our room were very friendly & helpful. The extra facilities available including a spa, heated indoor pool, sauna, gym, tennis court, bbq area & movie cinema all of which were free of charge made our stay even more relaxing. Parking was also available for $25 per day. It was in an ideal location. A short walk to the Queen Victoria markets. Within the free tram area. Walking distance to anywhere in the CBD. It was also great to have Aldi next door for supplies & also Captain Melville pub next door which has great meals & craft beer. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Melbourne & I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great Location & Great City views”
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 2 Br / 2 bath apartment was very clean and had awesome views from the higher floors. A bit of noise from some nearby construction but this is only during the day and doesn't effect noise quality at night for sleeping. Parking included in our deal was very handy and really a necessity …. very busy area …. Awesome Asian restaurants close by and a small bar next door but really only short walk back into city for other options. Aldi supermarket next to entry which was very handy for forgotten items/ quick snacks or to buy groceries to cook in house. Didn't get to use but the pool area and gym looked quite impressive.

great value for a 2 bed apartment in the CBD. There was some building work going on in the main street outside the block- but it didn't start that early in the morning so wasn't too much of a nuisance. The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 - 2 bed executive apartment for a city centre choice. Easy to walk to everywhere. Handy to have Aldi and EzyMart so close too for snacks etc. Gym was good ( not that I went but the boys did ) , and all the facilities were clean, and the staff we found friendly and knowledgeable. We would stay here again.

Pleasant, comfortable and spacious stay”
Although the hotel is older it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay that was super convenient. The hotel staff were very accommodating and the heating was much appreciated in the winter. It is a pity the facilities were closed for COVID as that would have made the stay luxurious! Everything was clean and it was extremely good value. I enjoyed the larger space available in these apartments and the full kitchen/laundry facilities.

Gorgeous spacious room, private, clean, great staff”
We were delighted when we arrived to be offered an upgrade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious very clean and a fresh but warmly feel. The rooms are very private, no noises. The appliances were modern and the private outdoor court room was very spacious. Brilliant location, access to any and every where.

3 Generations Reunion”
Grandmother plus her four daughters came to Melbourne to catch up her grand daughter who is studying at La Trobe Uni. Location of Milano Serviced Apartments was terrific. Walking distance to shops, Her Majesty's Theatre, Vic Markets, The MCG and great food venues. Would recommend this place to others for sure. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. We'll be back.

This place was AMAZING”
OK - first impressions, the foyer looks great, the guy on the counter is professional, friendly and helpful. Go to the room. Looks nice, smells nice, smart layout, well equipped. The coffee and teabags are a bit meh, I think these days a Nespresso machine works better - but they do the job. Shower is AMAZING. Beds are quite firm, comfy. No doona, that would be a nice touch. Smart tech through the room. Final? If I go back to Melbourne, I'm going back here. I loved it, and my wife joined me there for the weekend, she loved it too. Price, service, convenience, quality - all stellar.

Convenient and comfortable ”
This hotel was perfect for our family holiday. It was in walking distance to most of the places we visited (Queen Vic markets, Lygon St, Old Melbourne Gaol and Princess Theatre). With an Aldi next door and a fully equipped kitchen we were able to cook our own meals. Beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious.

Great location and accommodation, would stay again! ”
Staff were very helpful and underground parking was a great bonus to the accommodation! Room was spotless and I think we were upgraded! We booked a twin room but had a twin and a double bed so we were very happy about that. Pool, gym and BBQ area was great. Perfect location, could walk everywhere in the city. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Great value for money!

This place was great. Travelling for business. Kitchen was well set out, rooms were comfortable, the gym had everything I needed and the pool was good. Location is super close to trams and other amenities in Melbourne. Also the staff were helpful.

Exceptional”
I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for. Friend and I for 2 nights, it was beautiful! We were lucky to be on the 29th floor with incredible views of the city. Pool, spa and sauna facilities were all brilliant, option to rent the cinema room was a bonus although we didn’t have time. The lady at reception was amazing, so lovely, extremely helpful with everything and really knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the stay here at Milano, was near perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was within walking distance to Vic Market, Bourke Street Mall, Melbourne Central etc. There was an Aldi next door. The two bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious and the beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend this to others

Private theatre!”
Fantastic stay, not the most spacious but provides more than plenty to stay the night while exploring Melbourne. Its very close to the Queen Victoria Market, a couple tram stops and a walk away from Melbourne Central. We absolutely loved the private theatre that you can book for yourself, we also used the pool, sauna and spa. We didn't have time to use the gym but it looked pretty good.

We were visiting for medical appointments and this location suited us well. Aldi supermarket is right next door. Tram stops at Elizabeth and Swanston streets had us well covered. Victoria market also close by. Will stay again.

We stayed for 11 nights and loved the room, service and location. The room was big, with our own kitchen, dishwasher, laundry and everything we needed. The reception was quick to serve and happy. There is a ALDI supermarket just downstairs. We will love to stay here again next time. Thank you Milano Serviced Apartments

Great Space”
The unit was clean and spacious. The facilities were good especially the pool and tennis court. However, we were not be able to used the mini cinema because it's already fully booked. But 1 week before we checked in , I called the apartment if I need to book to be sure that we can used it. The staff said no need to book. Ended up it it's fully booked on the day we're there. Also, the unit will be complete if they have paper towels in the kitchen and tissues in the lounge room. Other than that everything is really great.
