“Drainage skank”
I was provided with room #*** Single room and it has no window. The room was clean, in terms of the room. But there was a Dry Trap/Dry P-Trap Smell sour smell. I tried the exhaust fan but it only drew in more skanky smell. The manager was kind enough to help me by changing the room the next day. I was given Room #*** (same position on a different floor - but a much larger room. But this room had an even worse stink - sour drainage stench. I tried to staunch the smell by placing a plastic bag over the drain-hole and putting a bin over it. It helped. When I finally couldn't take it anymore (I'm patient!). The manager moved me to Room #***- still no window but there wasn't that stench here and the rest of the stay was very comfortable. The location is extremely close to the Phrom Phong BTS. There is a 7-11 just nearby and you get a lot of Thai cooked food just outside the hotel. Emquartier, Emporium, Emsphere are very closeby. The staff is very attentive and helpful. You can leave your luggage till you're good to leave. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. I will be back but not in those two rooms unless the manage to fix their drainage!!
