Nice clean hotel with friendly staff”
My four year old son and I stayed here for a weekend away. We found the staff very friendly, we were lucky enough to receive a kids activity pack on arrival and be upgraded. The executive apartment we stayed in was huge for the two of us and had great amenities. We loved the spa, pool was a little cold for this time of year. Bar was nice and breakfast was okay. Lots of options but a bit stock standard. Location is good, however besides the Vic Market, there isn’t many good options nearby on a Sunday as that part of town is very quiet. Overall we had a great stay and it was good value for money.
Large and clean rooms”
Clean and cozy room. Room is quite large and have a little kitchen with everything we need for a decent meal. Close to the tram station and easy to get to the main attractions, like state library, QV shopping mall, etc.
Fantastic! Worth it!”
The place was great! Accomodated our early check in request. Room is spacious and clean. Pool is big and the gym looks great! Only complaint would be the very loud aircon, problem is you cant not have it on as if you open the window it’s very noisy outside.
Excellent stay”
We got ourselves a 2 bedroom apartment during our stay from 21 June to 25 June. Location was great in a sense that it was near Queen Vic Market (but how often do you wanna go there?). It is an easy walk to Melbourne Central and access to free trams etc. Good Korean restaurant (Buza) next door. Property has good laundry facilities. Service staff were nice and we had a pleasant stay overall. Parking cost was a little steep to me (AUD25 per night). but I guess it was kind of a "city price". Will probably stay again. Victor
Helpful Staff”
We enjoyed the short stay at the hotel. Front desk staff were professional and understanding when we requested for a change of room due to housekeeping shortcomings at the 1st assigned room, they responded prompted and good service. We will definitely come back for a longer stay with our children. Beds are firm and comfortable.
Great Place”
Love this hotel. It's terrific value for money. I stay here every time I'm in Melbourne. Thoroughly recommend.
A hotel in China Town...”
The hotel is located in china town.. Many Chinese restaurants nearby.. It takes 5 mins to some supermarket. Many famous place in the city can walk by foot and quite near (within 30 mins walk). However, the room is not really clean at all, need to be improved.
Perfect Location”
Pegasus Apartment hotel is our best choice when returning to Melbourne. A perfect location within 10 min walk to Queen Victoria Market , Shopping Central , restaurants and nearby city circle tram (Flagstaff station) free for you to visit any places in CBD.
Great Location”
The front desk staffs provided their good services to us due to our booking issues during check-in time (17 May 2019, 11: 30am) Great Job!!!! Hotel location is great for you to visit any place in CBD within short walk.
Awesome”
Lovely staff and no complaints at all about this place Would definitely stay again Walking distance to most places you need Got this at a reasonable price so five stars to all the above Thanks to all for making our holiday even more enjoyable
Smelly Chambermaid”
The hotel is generally very nice except we found a chambermaid still cleaning the room one day and she had a strong, unpleasant body odor. When I got in bed that night, I could smell her on my pillows. Oh no... I couldn't sleep but thankfully, that was our last night and I still had a clean towel to wrap my pillow in. Aside from that, all good.
Pegasus apt is near to the QVM and public transport to city centre. Nice pool and great kitchen fac”
Pros : near QVM and great kitchen facility so you can do lots if you love cooking , very near to the bus stop. train n tram station is within walking distance (less than 500m), nice pool. Cons: Not all the front office staff are friendly.
Good”
Staff were lovely but in these high rise city places I feel like I am sleeping in an office where the windows don’t open. Sound proofing also is less than adequate..
Apartment”
Good place to stay
Excellent”
Everythingsok except dont havewashing machine in the room need to go level 1 pay for laundry service. Breakfast cannot make it. Better to eat outside. Adult $20 pre-booked( within24hrs), $25 if walk in. Children $10/$12.
Suitable for family”
We book for 5 nights of the 2 bedrm aprt for a group of 6 people (my parents, my two kids and my spouse). The kitchenette works well for us as we can whip up almost anything with the groceries we got at Queen Victoria Market which is just 4 mins walk away... they have fresh vege, meats, salmon, oysters and lobsters too! It is also easy to get souvenirs. We can also walk to Coles central, take a tram to anywhere, book the Great Ocean Road tour which fetch and send us back to this aprt. Everything works great! For 5 nights, we had our room cleaned up each time we are out and toiletries refill daily too. Awesome stay n everyone loves it. We will be back again next winter!
Pleasant encounter”
Staff were all friendly especially the ladies except the duty manager in the evening who seems grumpy and unhelpful. Nevertheless this hotel is totally worth it.
good location and nice staff. ”
no one can help you with your luggage. you must carry yourself
Very nice ”
Fantastic
Highly recommended”
Staff was very helpful in terms of borrowing us cards for the train as well as the universal adapter as we didn't have any. Hotel is also within walking distance to Sky Bus stop and the metro station. It is also relatively near to Chinatown and Queen Victoria market (located behind the hotel). Room is spacious and basic toiletries are provided. The hotel has free working wifi too! Lastly, the hotel is definitely a great value for money, highly recommended.
