Visited Tokyo early May after Golden Week and was happy that I chose Premier Hotel Cabin Shinjuku. The location is central (about 10 mins walk from Shinjuku main station and less than 5 minutes from Kabukicho Tower). There is a 7-11 and Family Mart steps away and 2 Don Quijote’s within a 5-10 min walk away. Yes, the rooms and bathroom are small (hence Cabin in the name), however room size is clearly stated on the website so it shouldn’t pose as a huge shock or disappointment for travelers arriving and seeing their room for the first time. The rooms are immaculately clean, design is efficient, free bottles of water are provided each day and wide range of toiletries were provided as well. I must commend the front desk, housekeeping and especially the restaurant staff as they were all professional, courteous, hard working and kind. Special thanks to the pleasant lady managing the breakfast buffet. You can tell she really takes pride in her job. The breakfast buffet itself was delicious with such a wide variety of foods that changed each day! We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again!
There are about 4-5 subway stations within a 10-minute walk around the area. I had to go to various places, and it was much easier to travel because I could use different lines and stations. Definitely, compared to similar hotels I have stayed at in Japan, the room was a bit on the smaller side, which made it inconvenient to unpack, but it had everything I needed, making it okay to live in. Rooms are cleaned every other day (which was convenient since it’s not daily). On the day of cleaning, I had to leave later than usual due to my schedule, so I opted for "do not clean" and folded the towels, leaving them in front of the door. I returned around noon after going out. Of course, I expected the towels to be hanging on the doorknob, but they were not; only a notice about cleaning regulations was left under the door. It mentioned that not cleaning for two consecutive days violates the policy, but it was surprising that they took the time to print a warning while not providing the towels. I called the front desk to get some, but it's something I still don’t quite understand. The breakfast menu was also plentiful, and the taste was good. The staff were friendly, and the rice was always glossy, while the rolled omelet was soft and moist, providing a nice fluffy texture. The dish with the tempura on top of noodles was particularly impressive and delicious. This was something I missed about the cabin hotel's breakfast when I went to other hotels.

It is close to the hospital and Koban(Police station) for seeking help if you needed (hopefully, you do not need to use that service). The staff are nice and helpful. Since typhoon no.7 approached last week. That was strong wind and rain fell on the Kabukicho. I brought lots of stuff back to the hotel with a locked door. (The hotel policy: locked the door after 0000am until 0700, use the door keycard for unlocked the main entrance). The staff open the door for me with a nice greeting. Thus, the room was very clean and tidy, with nice water, coffee and tea bags for drinking with yourself. Last but not least, their refrigerator was COLD! I stayed with lots of hotels where the refrigerator AREN'T COLD at all. That is important for me to store milk, coffee and pudding (dessert) for breakfast usage. Thank you to all of them, wish their work is smooth and going well.
Good location near the community, not far from the train station within walking distance, easy to find food. The area around the accommodation is quite lively. The room is clean, and the staff are friendly. Recommended for those who enjoy convenience, but the room with a semi-double bed is rather small, although it is adequate for 2 people.

Recently stayed at this lovely hotel and couldn't have been more pleased. The room was just the right size for me and my husband but not have enough space for big luggages which is manageable for us. Toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch, and the room was impeccably clean. Plus, the location was very near from great spots around Shinjuku. The buffet breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Our room is with view and it sometimes gets noisy but not a problem with us since we are so tired from the daily tour but if you are sensitive to noise you might want to consider choosing room with no view. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend.

I booked for three nights for around 500,000 won including fees and had a great time! I think it was a good cost-performance ratio🥰

Location is good, less than 10mins walk from Shinjuku station. Room is small, though adequate. Staff are efficient and helpful. It's a chain hotel, but it's style and offering is not as pleasant and comfortable as the newer and less cluttered type of chain hotels.

There is a large hospital in the vicinity, but the siren sounds aren't as loud as I expected. There is little surrounding noise. Also, Shin-Okubo Station is closer than Shinjuku Station, so I moved in that direction. Overall, I think I will use this place again. There are reports about Kabukicho being dangerous or having scammers, but I didn't encounter any of that. There are police on the streets 24/7, making it a very secure neighborhood. In summary, I think I'll make a reservation to come again, and I want to recommend it to my friends (not joking).

We stayed at Premier Hotel Cabin for 7 nights. Before the trip, they were already very responsive with my queries. We arrived a few hours before check in and they gladly kept our bags in their storage so we can roam around the city before moving into our rooms. The room was very clean and complete with toiletries, hangers, coffee, and other basic needs. Towels were replaced daily. Shampoo, conditioner and bath gel were also refilled when needed. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The front desk even helped us find the best route to the airport for our early morning flight. There was a vending machine and microwave on our floor too! So convenient. The lobby was also clean and it had enough seating. Perfect if you’re waiting, resting or just lounging. There was also a separate smoking area on the ground floor. The location is also conveniently located near convenience stores, restaurants, shops, and even the train station. Overall amazing experience. Would definitely stay in Premier Hotel Cabin again. Highly recommend!
