This comfortable hotel in Richmond is very well placed for travel to the city. It is right by a tram stop on the one hand and a short walk/ tram ride to good caves and restaurants. Good amenities including complimentary bikes for a healthy ride along the Yarra River. The hotel has all the necessary comforts including choice of pillow, good bathroom assesories and a well stocked minibar. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

we booked the one bedroom executive room, very spacious, warm and welcoming, with a private balcony. walking distance to the west richmond station. 2min from bridge road. 24hr in room service.we will definitely be staying again. there is a cafe in bridge road a must for breakfast, richmond hill cafe&larder. try the 8hr slow cooked brisket with poached egg. delicious. not on the menu every day,so ask prior, booking is recommended.

Location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk to Richmond station. Parking available. easy to drive to every where in Melbourne from here. The apartment is very beautifully done up inside. Clean and well equipped.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Staff were pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our stay with Quest in Richmond.

OK. .While not being what we wanted ,the late booking helped us overcome a difficult situation that arose with another booking being cancelled with very little notice.

Initially we were unsure about booking this accommodation as there were no clear contact details with regards to the company that we would be staying with. However we received an attachment with the contact details for the company in the usual Agoda confirmation email. We have to be honest that we didn't stay at the Richmond property, as a result of a computer glitch it was double booked. These things happen but the company who were looking after us did everything they could to find us a place in very short notice. They were extremely professional and were very apologetic and we actually stayed in some of their more upmarket accommodation for our stay. They property we stayed at was comfortable VERY clean and if that is the standard for all the properties you will not be disappointed. We loved being able to cook in a full kitchen as it kept our costs down in an expensive city. We would book with them again.
