ข้อปฏิบัติในการเข้าพัก (Terms and Regulations) 1. การชำระค่าที่พัก | Accommodation Payment ผู้เข้าพักต้องชำระค่าที่พักเต็มจำนวนก่อนเข้าพักทุกครั้ง Guests are required to settle the full accommodation payment prior to check-in in all cases. 2. เงินมัดจำ | Deposit เงินมัดจำที่ชำระ สามารถรับคืนได้เฉพาะในวันเช็กเอาต์เท่านั้น The deposit is refundable on the check-out date only. 3. เวลาเช็กอินและเช็กเอาต์ | Check-in and Check-out เวลาเช็กอินตั้งแต่ 14.00 น. และเวลาเช็กเอาต์ไม่เกิน 12.00 น. กรณีเช็กเอาต์เกินเวลาที่กำหนด รีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์เรียกเก็บค่าปรับชั่วโมงละ 300 บาท ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของรีสอร์ท Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is no later than 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out will incur a penalty of THB 300 per hour, subject to the resort’s discretion. 4. จำนวนผู้เข้าพัก | Number of Guests ผู้เข้าพักต้องแจ้งจำนวนผู้เข้าพักให้ตรงตามที่กำหนดกับทางรีสอร์ต หากมีผู้เข้าพักเกินจำนวนที่แจ้งไว้ รีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์เรียกเก็บค่าบริการเพิ่มเติมท่านละ 500 บาท หรืออาจไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าพัก ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของรีสอร์ท Guests must declare the exact number of occupants at the time of booking. In the event that the number of guests exceeds the declared number, the resort reserves the right to charge an additional fee of THB 500 per person or deny accommodation, subject to the resort’s discretion. 5. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ | No Smoking ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในห้องพักโดยเด็ดขาด หากตรวจพบการฝ่าฝืน รีสอร์ทจะเรียกเก็บค่าปรับจำนวน 1,000 บาท และอาจพิจารณาริบเงินมัดจำ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms. Any violation will result in a fine of THB 1,000, and the resort reserves the right to withhold the deposit. 6. สารเสพติดและสารต้องห้าม | Illegal Drugs and Prohibited Substances ห้ามนำสารเสพติดทุกชนิดเข้ามาภายในบริเวณรีสอร์ตโดยเด็ดขาด หากฝ่าฝืน รีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ดำเนินการตามที่เห็นสมควร และไม่รับผิดชอบต่อผลที่เกิดขึ้นในทุกกรณี The possession or use of illegal drugs or prohibited substances within the resort premises is strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in appropriate action at the resort’s discretion, and the resort shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom. 7. ห้ามประกอบอาหาร | No Cooking ห้ามปิ้งย่าง หมูกะทะ สุกี้ หรือประกอบอาหารทุกชนิดภายในบริเวณที่พัก หากฝ่าฝืน มีค่าปรับจำนวน 1,000 บาท Cooking of any kind, including barbecuing, grilling, hotpot, or the use of cooking equipment, is not permitted within the accommodation area. A fine of THB 1,000 will be imposed for any violation. 8. การลงเล่นน้ำ | Water Activities กรณีการลงเล่นน้ำ ผู้เข้าพักต้องสวมเสื้อชูชีพทุกครั้ง หากเกิดอุบัติเหตุใด ๆ รีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบในทุกกรณี Guests must wear life jackets at all times when engaging in water activities. The resort shall not be held liable for any accidents or injuries under any circumstances. 9. อุบัติเหตุและเหตุสุดวิสัย | Accidents and Unforeseen Incidents รีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่ออุบัติเหตุ การบาดเจ็บ หรือเหตุสุดวิสัยใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้เข้าพักหรือผู้มาเยือนภายในบริเวณรีสอร์ต The resort shall not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents occurring to guests or visitors within the resort premises. 10. การฝ่าฝืนข้อปฏิบัติ | Violation of Terms and Regulations รีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธหรือยกเลิกการให้บริการแก่ผู้เข้าพักที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อปฏิบัติ หรือมีพฤติกรรมที่ก่อให้เกิดความเดือดร้อนต่อผู้อื่น โดยไม่คืนเงินค่าที่พักในทุกกรณี The resort reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any guest who violates the resort’s terms and regulations or causes disturbance to others, without any refund. 11. ความรับผิดชอบต่อผู้มาเยือน | Responsibility for Visitors ผู้เข้าพักต้องรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำของผู้มาเยือนทุกกรณี Guests are fully responsible for the actions and conduct of their visitors at all times. 12. อุปกรณ์และทรัพย์สินของรีสอร์ท | Room Facilities and Resort Property อุปกรณ์และสิ่งของภายในห้องพัก รวมถึงทรัพย์สินของรีสอร์ท ต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ก่อนการเช็กเอาต์ All room facilities, equipment, and resort property must be returned in good condition upon check-out. 13. ความเสียหายหรือสูญหาย | Damage or Loss ในกรณีที่ห้องพักหรืออุปกรณ์ภายในห้องเกิดความเสียหาย สูญหาย หรืออยู่ในสภาพไม่สมบูรณ์ ผู้เข้าพักตกลงชดใช้ค่าเสียหายในอัตรา 5 เท่าของราคาทรัพย์สินนั้น In the event of damage, loss, or incomplete condition of room facilities or resort property, guests agree to compensate the resort at a rate of five (5) times the value of the damaged or lost item. 14. ทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวของผู้เข้าพัก | Personal Belongings รีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อทรัพย์สินมีค่า เงินสด เครื่องประดับ หรือสิ่งของใด ๆ ของผู้เข้าพัก ที่สูญหาย เสียหาย ลืม หรือถูกขโมย The resort shall not be liable for the loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of guests’ valuables, including cash, jewelry, or personal belongings. 15. การใช้เสียง | Noise Policy ขอความกรุณางดส่งเสียงดังรบกวนผู้อื่นหลังเวลา 22.00 น. Guests are kindly requested to keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to ensure the comfort of other guests. 16. เวลาให้บริการอาหารเช้า | Breakfast Service รีสอร์ทให้บริการอาหารเช้า ตั้งแต่เวลา 07.30–09.30 น. Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
